I have used h and r block for the past 20 years and continue to be satisfied.

I feel that 174$ is expensive and that I should have gone to tax sheild they were only charging 100$ or less guaranteed

This is worst place ive ever been to. Did our taxes here last year and the people are rude as ever, were pretty sure they screwed us over because we barely got anything back on our taxes, and thats not the norm for us. They also said they would be doing a look back to see if anything was missed from prior years, never heard anything else about it, after giving them all of the paper work to do so, regardless of the countless phone calls and messages we left for them. Theyre prices are also a bit high in my opinion. and getting the taxes back took months and more hidden fees. youre better off going somewhere else or doing them your self. we will never return to an h&r block again after this experience.

I had to cancel my scheduled appointment on Thursday because I got stuck working late so I called that day and informed them I wouldnt be making it and rescheduled for 2pm on Saturday. I got there a couple of minutes before 2 oclock and waited for 30 minutes before walking out. Was never informed of how long Id be waiting and 30 minutes is a little excessive. I would wait 15 minutes but there were several staff and I didnt see very many clients in and out. Similar experience as the review prior to mine. Ive had great experiences at other branches but Tina no longer works there so I tried a different branch.. my advice: GO ELSEWHERE!

Is there a way to give 0 stars ? Been waiting for 30 minutes and not one person has even greeted me. There is noone behins there desk. And the one person working is in a booth and cant see incoming customers. If your doing your taxes, trust me, go to a different place

Vivian was very rude and was no help to me. Told me I would not receive a refund (which is a lie) and had an attitude the entire 3 minutes I was sitting down with her. Dont go here unless you want some stuck up elderly woman talking you false information.

Our tax rep was awesome

I made an appointment for 11:00am to file my taxes. When I got there, the sign said open all the lights were on inside, but the door was locked. I waited 10 minutes, figuring a worker could be alone and needed to use the restroom and had to lock the door while off the floor. After 10 minutes I decided I waited long enough. Making an appointment was useless
