If there were 0 Stars this would definitely be it. WORST experience ever. First the owner Jon charged our credit card when we were supposed to pay cash, resulting in overdraft fees, as we took out the cash to pay him & we were unexpectedly charged on top of that. We went to give his crew the cash & they said it was already paid & told us we were the 3rd customer that day with the same issue. Hhmmmm… coincidence? They delivered a bouncy house with a tear that was taped by either the previous customers or maybe that’s how they repair their equipment. IDK… We also noticed some cake frosting inside the bouncy house from the previous customer so, that shows you how clean they are. As soon as we noticed the tear we reached out to Jon who never returned our call. Soon after that it tore some-more & collapsed with our children inside 1/2 hour into our kids birthday party. We called him again… still no response or return call. We also, explained the situation to the crew who came to pick it up. After over a week & several calls/messages left with not one return call, my husband decided to call using my cell phone & I can say we were not shocked that he actually picked up the call as he was clearly dodging us - Great way to treat your customers - Ignore their calls when they report an issue. He then agreed that he would give us a refund & told my husband we should use someone else next time as he pays his guys $40/hour & they sat in traffic for 2 hours on the way to our house & it’s not worth his time & $. We could have gotten a little aggravated at that point because that’s really not our problem but we respectfully agreed because he offered us a refund. A few more days went by & we called him again as we still did not receive the refund. He then texts us that he needs to open up and review the damage to the bouncy house 1st. After over 2 weeks we received a TEXT from him stating that WE put our children at risk, we will not receive a refund & we are liable for the damages made. DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH JAM INFLATABLES! You’ll regret it like we do!

They get 0 Stars, VERY unprofessional booked in March for my Easter party; John calls the DAY BEFORE THE PARTY to tell me that there is NO ONE to deliver my items on Easter!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE RIP OFFS
