This was my second time at this establishment. The first time a woman did my nails even though my French tip was a bit uneven it wasnt bad. So I decided to go back. This time an older gentlemen did my nails. And I explained to him I wanted them short and the tips round. Well I didnt get what I asked for. My nails are not the same size, uneven, the bed of my nails are bumpy. And now all of my fingers hurt I have never had this happened to me before. And for that I will not be returning to perfect nails. They should change that name.

Never, ever, ever, ever would I go to this nail salon again. Literally, the worst nails I have ever had in 15 years. I don’t want to go into detail because I feel like my technician tried hard but has lost their skill after too many years and the other technicians don’t care to help or fix that persons errors, even though they seem aware. It came to 45$ later plus tip and over 2 hours when the normal expectation for a full is 45 minutes. I will going to another salon to fix my nails. I came home and the look on my boyfriends face when he saw my nails, I was soooo embarrassed that I even left the salon like this. I can only judge my experience, take it for what it is. I think most people would not have been as kind as me or even left a tip. 😞

The lady did my dip nails. She didnt trim my long, messy looking cuticles and went to glue the nails on right away. I kindly stopped her before she could glue the nails on and told her that my nails needed to be trimmed. She told me not to worry and that my cuticles were fine. My cuticles were not fine. She then proceeded to glue the nails on without ever trimming my cuticles. The nails lasted for 3 weeks and when they finally got loose, they were pulling on my skin. The lady glued the fake nail to my skin, not just my finger nail. As the fake nail came off by itself, it pulled my skin with it. It hurt so bad. It made me bleed and pulled skin off. Nails were glued on too high, not low enough. Was not worth $45. I will not be coming back here.

Normally my favorite place and only place I go but after the experience I had today I’m never going back I literally had an appointment at 5:30 PM I was there by 5:20 for two pedicures me and my four-year-old child they literally did not do my daughters until 715 and told me I had to come back tomorrow because they were now closed so I waited almost 4 hours for my toes not even to get done there was four people after me that got done before me and every time I asked what was going on they told me that person has waited longer mind you I watch them walk in after me so basically sat there from 520 until 730 for them not even to do my nails and tell me to come back tomorrow never again will I be going yhere they could’ve told me after an hour of sitting there that there wasn’t gonna be able to take me why haven’t you make an appointment then have to sit there almost 4 hours later just to be sent home that is nuts completely wasted my whole entire day

I love the way my nails come out. I have my own nails and just have the powder color or French manicure done. Phenomenal

Since when do all our nails either lift or fall off when it’s time for a fill? Be careful ladies.I enjoyed talking to the gentleman who did my nails, but they fell off quickly the first time. We all know what happens when the nails fall off. I work and like to look tailored and professional, that’s why I seek this service.I let the first one go. The second was for my sister’s wedding, I never expected to have the same results again. I have had my nails done for years, they don’t just fall off, even the ones I still have on are lifting. I went there and they said they couldn’t help me because it had been two weeks on the button.

Not clean at all, paint job looks like it was done by a blindfolded 3 year old. Only good thing the lady was very nice about redoing it, but tried to blame my toes.

I called a week in advance to book for 9am when they open for two people my friend and I get their early and had to wait over an hour my friend did full set with dip all her nails broke in days I didn’t so my nails thank the lord! Bad bad bad place poor quality no respect!!!!! Terrible service good luck to whoever goes you will need it

Absolutely LOVE this place. Been a customer since day one and never had any regrets or complaints. The minute you enter its like family, extremely clean, comfortable, relaxing, and they take pride in there work. Reasonable prices, up to date tecniques, large selection of color, and always leave happy and content.

I took my wife two days before Christmas so she could get her nails done for the holiday. She was very happy with the results and the overall experience... and the gentleman doing her nails even engaged me in some football talk while we sat and he did his work. My wife loved the results and I appreciate the employees for going above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. A+

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in my life. Best service - so friendly and funny! They take their time and it’s worth it! My nails always last and the spa pedicure is amazing. I highly recommend powder nails over shellac or gel! I think if I ever left Fall River, I’d make the drive to have my nails done here anyway.

Today I walked into perfect nails with my mother to receive full sets let me start off by saying DO NOT USE number 66 gel!!!! My mother was getting her nails done by the owners husband as he aggressively cut her finger unprofessionally cleaned it and continued to put nail polish over the cut Now mixing her blood with the polish and putting the brush into the polish closing the polish and placing it on the shelf for someone else to use I am disgusted to say I paid $40!!!!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! DONT USE GELL #66

HORRIBLE. if I could rate this place a 0, I would. first he tells me my nails are already coffin enough, which they were BARELY coffin. then he makes me pay $30 instead of what it should’ve been ($25) all because I got “long nail” and not “short.” except it shouldn’t matter weather I got long or short. it’s MY choice. lastly, two days later. one chipped right off! I will be going back to complain. other than that, NEVER again. unless you’re a regular customer, they treat you like dirt. 0/10 I don’t recommend!

They have the new and improved dip powder (ANC and other brands too) This dip powder is an amazing change to the old gel shellac. Whats the difference you ask? Well this skeptic will never go back, this is amazing, odor free, keeps nail healthy by using vitamins and minerals, and lasted me 3 weeks, yes 3 weeks

Amaizing place

I do like this nail salon. They are very quick. The only problem with this place along with many nail salons is that if you want anything besides the norm even with certain nail polishes there will be an up charge. Make sure you request a more seasoned technician that doesnt rush through bc there is a differnce between being fast & rushing through. Reason being is that I have had nails fall of the 2nd day in. But out of the 15 times or so times Ive been Ive only had a nail or 2 fall of twice

Absolutely horrible customer service. I made an appointment and they were still rushing me. Quicky polished my nails. Asked if they had a color in gel and they told me to look. Get gel every time I do my nails and it lifted the same day on 8/10 nails and their response is that it’s because I did gel. False.

Very inexperienced. Not much to choose from. Because they couldnt satisfy my desired look they were rude to my 5 year old daughter. Only thing going for them is the child pedi chair.

I have been coming here for a while and always had a great experience. I love this place. But today I got a color change from blue to tan colors. The guy who painted my nails did terrible. You can see the blue on almost all my nails, the color is uneven and the top coat looks terrible. On one of my thumbs there is a line of something painted inside of it making it look cracked. He rushed to paint them and was literally dropping globs of paint on to my nails an barely moving the paint around. Im not happy at all this visit.

Best place to get dipped in Fall River

The salon is beautiful & clean. Staff isn’t very welcoming. I went in for a refill, figured I’d try them out since they are literally a block from my home. When I walked in I was advised to have a seat and was waited on by the guy who was not very friendly, very rude, and did not pat attention as I requested a cut down & he refused. Also the way he polished my nails very messy. I was very disappointed. If ever I have to go back I’d request the woman as I seen the work she does and it’s beautiful.

I wouldnt give them one star if 0 was an option. First of all, the husband and wife that work there are very rude and do not accommodate their customers at all. Every time I have gotten a fill my nails are lifting within a week. I have had acrylic nails for years and never had this problem. I decided to get dip for a change and they wouldnt help me find a matching color for my toes after given a quick and inefficient pedicure. They literally told me I dont care if they match figure it out. I have never been more embarrassed. Despite all of this I tried to continue with my nails but they told me that they do not have time for a simple design and would only do a flat color. Customer service is horrible and you couldnt pay me enough to go back there. Horrible experience.

Horrible!!! Paid $75 for a gel pedi and gel full set... nails started coming off not even a week later!!! Pedicure came out to be ok.. never again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I made an appointment and when I got there I was immediately attended the woman was wonderful and caring and she recommended I did a dip instead of acrylic and she ha fed me a mountain of color options I felt like a little girl in a mall it was wonderful and well done and I’m extremely impressed with the service quality and this is now my nail salon ! I will only spend my money here it’s the best in Fall River!

Terrible service. Made an appt two times, went in and had to wait for people with no appt, then was told to come back another day! To top it off she was rude to me like it was my fault! I had to go to a different nail salon for them to be fixed and of course had to pay again after going here, never again.

The person used the electric drill nail file thing and filed my nail beds way too much and now my nails are way too thin, brittle & too weak. So now my nails are breaking over & over. It took me MANY months to grow out my nails. They grow so slowly to begin with. I will not be going there again!

Please if you reading this review DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE even if its your last resource they will give you horrible customer service and your nails wont last long while I was there I witness 3 unhappy 😡 customers NEVER AGAIN FOR ME THANKS
