Great service, the guys there are great. If you need in, or a set of keys, just go here. You wont be sorry. One guy came out of the shop with a piece of sheet metal for under my kickstand so my bike didnt fall over in the hot asphalt. Thats customer service above and beyond.

Absolutely great service! Went by there today to get some help with my car door lock and the gentleman there was so very helpful! He got out the metal piece that was jammed inside in a matter of minutes and told me it was free of charge!! For someone whos been a little down on luck lately it really made my day! I have been trying to get my older Anderson door lock fixed and a key lock installed for security for some time now. I called a locksmith on the internet who sent out an employee, who took pictures and that was the end of that, even after I made several calls to him.In frustration, then tried another internet 5* business. Boy what a difference!!! . I called Smiths Lock & Safe Co. in Fall River expecting the same run-around. Amazing is all I can say. David told me how to get the information i needed and in one call and 4 minutes I had my parts ordered! Within a week, I had my parts in hand and then called David. Within a few days, I had my old lock repaired and my new keylock installed. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant. Im a semi truck driver from Georgia. I locked my keys in my truck, and Smiths came to get me back in. Since its a semi, and not a regular car, it poses some unique challenges, but the guy that came out was incredibly nice, and he worked at it till he got me in. After that he even helped me find the easiest way back to the interstate after I told him I had to come up a one way street to get to where I was. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again if Im ever in town. Hopefully I wont need to though!

The lock on my elderly moms front door broke and she was unable to get in her house. We called Smiths and they came out with minutes. They were able to get my mom back in her home and replace her broken door lock. Highly recommend them.

Heard that they had great service but when my boyfriend tried to have them fix a simple jammed car door lock, everyday he called to try to have them help him, they would tell him to call back tomorrow giving him the run around when he was doing your business a favor. Go to Moreiras on south Main Street better service and KIND people, just a bunch of scum at smiths who take their jobs too seriously

Absolutely amazing service. I purchased a lock which was defective on a Saturday. Two hours after closing he met me back at the store to exchange and rekey the new lock. I then received a phone call on Sunday, he wanted to know how everything worked out. I cant say enough about the service.

One of my tenants was robbed, taking her handbag with ID and keys in it. David went all the way to Braintree to rekey the door locks the same day I called him. Since then he has changed all the locks in my own house and then again installed all the locks in my new house including the digital locks. He is very professional and went right to work, and took the time to explain and reprogram the digitals, & cleaned up when he was done. Who does that? I dont hesitate to call him about any kind of lock, house, car, safe. Hes always knowledgeable, patient and gives solid advise.
