If youre thinking about making an appointment, or youre referred by your doctor, find out who else you can see cause the doctor is never in her office, so you have to leave a message or 2 and when dr hudner does decide to call you back, she tells you that she doesnt direct bill insurance companies and bills you for a hearing exam, which indicates to me she takes no insurance and she is strictly cash and carry.Note to people on Mass health she doesnt even take that insurance either, so if youre on mass health and get a referral to see her let your doctor know that she doesnt take your insurance.

Truesdale Audiology was excellent for finding the right hearing aid for my Mom. Ms. Hudner was so caring and patient with my mother. She made my mom very comfortable and answered all our questions. Also the hearing aid was reasonably priced. I definitely would recommend if you or someone you know needs a hearing aid to make an appointment with Truesdale Audiology.

I highly recommend Truesdale Audiology. I had several inner ear sugeries in Boston over the years and a condition that led to one sided hearing loss. I lived with it for a long time as I was told it may be difficult for me to adapt to a hearing aid. I did not have high hopes that an aid would be for me. It became increasingly difficult & frustrating to focus so hard on hearing and still miss so much. I finally had to give it a try. It was also a strain on my balance to not hear equally.I am happy to say that Carol did an amazing job with programming my settings. I was immediately attached to the aid and did not want to take it out! It felt like a missing puzzle piece that had been gone for so long. It has been a huge asset to my balance too. If you are reading this review, you are struggling with loss and the frustrations that come with it. I can honestly give Carol/Truesdale Audiology 5 stars!
