They do not answer . I have a virtual appointment for tomorrow that I’ve had for over a week and I can’t get a call back to tell me how to attend, web address, nothing . Absolutely garbage .

This lady that sits at the Front named FERN short hair and speaks Portuguese, is absolutely disgusting. I spoke to her once and realized it was a big mistake to come here. She was rude and talked in a very demeaning manner. I would never want to come back and see her again. She is just the wrong person to be working here. Please fire her and hire someone more mature and understanding. She is a Racist

I have never had a problem with the staff. I find that if you want the help and or training to get back to “WORK”the staff at the Fall River Career Center is more than willing to put in the time to help. Try to remember they work with the public (all kinds of personalities) so if a Career Center employee seems aggravated give them the benefit of the doubt.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would !! This staff are so unprofessional and rude it’s ridiculous they watch over your backs like they’re your mother and they treat you like scum on the bottom of your foot with no respect whatsoever like they’re better than you!!Listen: A Grown woman pushed me out-of-the-way of the copy machine and picked a fight with me about what I was printing. And asked to look at it and I told her it was personal and none of her business & she really try to rip the page out of my hand and then continued to shoulder me out of the way ! what mature-grown professional woman does that at their place of work?!? Especially when I wasn’t doing anything wrong and clearly this lady is just on a power trip and believe me you’ll know who she is when you walk in ....short straight brown hair with caramel highlights with her head up her a$$ & nose will be high in the sky !! like what is your problem lady? Clearly you need a new job because you’re not a people person !! As for the rest of them.. there just as bad and ignorant ! It’s dirty too!!

Do they ever answer the phones???? Ok, I know alot of folks are unemployed. Are they understaffed? To be on hold for 4 hours??!!!!Your call is very important to us..... Really? Then answer the phones!!!

People are as far from friendly as you can get. I have a computer at home, but went in to the office because there were “suppose” to be staff to help you if you have any questions while you navigate the application for unemployment benefits therefore minimizing the possibility of making errors and delaying benefits.Well don’t ask more than one or two questions, because they will make it known that you are annoying them! Definitely talk down to you. Made the same errors I could have made at home without all the attitude! Was told the error I made could not be fixed, so just wait another week until the information I submitted falls off the web site and try again the following week! Well it’s a week later, wrong information still listed, will have to try by phone now! Hopefully the people on the other end of the phone line are better qualified to help than the staff in the Fall River office! Maybe they should be applying for unemployment benefits since I don’t understand what exactly they are supposed to be accomplishing there! At least get them training in interpersonal communication skills!

The older white haired bearded fellow that typically works mornings at the front desk is always so rude to me for no reason. Carla is nice but a little too touchy feely. We’re not close, please don’t stroke my thigh.

The staff here are very rude and demeaning. We come here for help and because we are mandated to at times and instead of helping us they mock us and constantly talk down to people who are just looking for help, some who have received no income for weeks. Completely unprofessional and just a disgusting environment.

The last two times I have been there once to file and once to attend a seminar I was told they would help me but got ignored. The lady who was supposed to help me with filing was only helping the ones who didn’t speak English and completely rude to me. And the seminar didn’t teach me anything the lady was out of the room more than in the room. She was unorganized. I just don’t like the atmosphere there. I feel stupid I know I am doing things wrong but cannot wait to go back and see how they treat me.

I wish I could give this place NO stars. I was told during my first seminar that they were there to help us and we could come in anytime. Yet I go there, get talked down to when I asked for help and was told you need to do that on your own! So I do what I think I’m supposed to do and hope it’s right then I go there today and they’re rude again. She just kept saying they told you how to do it in class. Oh and the printer ink was running out so my papers were hard to read and yet they told me it’s fine and wouldn’t change the ink for me. These people are so lazy?! The feds should look into this place and fire the lazy miserable ones.

Ive been on multiple interviews and have been turned down because I dont speak Spanish. The career center should offer language training because it is detrimentally important to speak Spanish/Portuguese.

Prepare to be spoken down to and lectured when you have a simple yes/no question.They are very rude, and very condescending and, in the end, dont actually know how to help you. They just direct you to call unemployment over and over.Save yourself the trip, and being treated like a child, and just call instead.

Irrespective of which side of the counter you are on, try to remember that folks who come here arent having a great day.NO parking on site. Minimal parking across the street at the Childrens Museum. Season dependent, there may be parking on the residential streets nearby.
