HIGHLY unsatisfied with this company. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a cleaning company.Cleaning techs arrived late, with no communicated about being behind. They were blatantly rude. They didn’t speak English, so communicating was difficult but I did my best, even downloaded a translating app on my phone. They were just flat out unpleasant.My house was left is complete disarray. Furniture wasn’t put back, blinds were left crooked and half open. The bed in the master bedroom, which was clearly used to stand on to clean the ceiling fan, was left wrinkly and messy. Everything that was moved around, was left just like that. I had to spend an ample amount of time just putting my house back together.My kitchen appliances were half cleaned and splotchy. Crumbs from breakfast still on the kitchen chairs. My living room wasn’t touched. No dusting. No vacuuming. Nothing. I have stairs leading down to my living room and they were left filthy. Covered in dog hair, dust and dirty foot prints.I noticed some dirt on my kitchen floor so I decided to run the vacuum. Within 5 minutes my vacuum canister was almost full. This was a DEEP cleaning…AND an expensive one!So utterly disappointed.

The two techs were great. We are selling an 11 room house including 2 full baths.They worked diligently and cleaned everything until it shined. The new home owners will be very pleased. Great service, great price! We recommend Glow Cleaners for any cleaning job.

The Glow cleaning crew did a deep clean on my mothers house which needed a lot of help after years of rough use. Getting an estimate and scheduling were both easy, the crew showed up right on time, worked all day and did a great job. The house looks better than it has in years! Worth every penny. They even wiped down the exterior of the house to remove the hordes of dead bugs and spiderwebs from the eaves and windowframes, which was not in the original scope of work.

Glow cleaning company saved the day! We drove from New Hampshire to move my son into his college apartment. The landlord left the place a complete and utter mess. Filled with trash, rotten food and filth everywhere. I called Glow cleaning company and they came within an hour to give me an estimate and then came back later that same day to clean the place up so we could move in. They left the place sparkling clean!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Our experience with Glow Cleaning Company is nothing but 5 stars. I called because we needed an emergency cleaning, since our basement was flooded due to rain. We removed as much of the water build up as possible, so it was not so much of a water clean up, just any residue that came in from the flood. They also performed a deep clean of the remainder of the house and it was spotless. The job they did on our floors was spectacular. We loved them so much that they are now coming by twice a month for regular cleanings. Highly recommend!

I used Glow for a deep move-out clean of my house- we have a dog and the owner is allergic so we had to have it thoroughly professionally cleaned. Glow is so easy to work with and so friendly and helpful! I was on a tight timeline and they were able to provide an estimate and get the house cleaned within 1 day! They did an amazing and thorough job. They are not the cheapest out there, but far from the most expensive and it is well worth it. My landlord was so pleased to see the place the best it has ever looked and asked for their contact information so he can use them for all of his properties.

The response time, booking, and paying processes were all very easy. The issue was with actual cleaning. I had asked for large paint spills to be removed from the floors. I had to clean several of those myself after they had left. Additionally, they didnt clean any of the wood on the kitchen lower cabinets, inside glass of the oven, and I had to finish wiping down the stove as it still had soap residue on it. High price to pay for missing these things.

Loved this company so much they always answered the phone and worked with me to get an appointment immediately that worked with my schedule. Upon arrival they were very friendly and warm. They took a good amount of time and cleaned very thoroughly leaving the house spotless and ready and safe for me and my kids to move in. Would hire them again in a heartbeat! Glow Cleaning Services did a fantastic job on doing a deep clean of the house Im moving into. They accommodated me on short notice, and arrived early. I was in a much needed cleaning at my apartment in Fall River. Monica was very quick to respond, the whole process was extremely pleasant and effective. I scheduled everything online, Monica then followed up with a phone call. Next morning there were 3 womem here (Monica and two more) where she looked at the condition of my apartment and went over the price with me. The girls were terrific! I was working on my home office and I could barely hear them making any noise. They were extremely careful with everything, super caring and the most important, cleaned extremely well. Got a deep cleaning that included cleaning of the oven and refrigerator when I moved into my house. The cabinets still had crumbs in them, I had to clean portions of the refrigerator, and Im not even sure if they touced the oven. Over priced and underperforming.

Had my parent’s furnished apartment cleaned. My parent passed away a year ago and the apartment is in the house we own. We rarely used it but I needed to use it. The dust bunnies were everywhere. I Called Glow Cleaning for a deep cleaning. Wow the two women they sent out to clean did an outstanding job! They got into the corners, washed floors, Knick knacks cleaned rugs, made bed and washed windows. I haven’t seen the furniture and house sparked like this in a long time. The price was reasonable for the work they did. I highly recommend them.

Glow Cleaning Services saved the day for me! It was move in day for me at my new place in Middletown, RI - I arrived at 8am to get the keys and discovered that the landlord had not did a proper move out clean like he promised. The place was a mess, so dirty and disgusting. I panicked and called Monica at Glow, she was so friendly, met me at the apartment within an hour to give me a quote, and they were able to accommodate me, day-of. They cleaned the entire place within 3-4 hours. It was spotless! Monica and Maria did such an amazing job! Overall the cleaners do a good job at cleaning for a fair price. That said, they are terrible at arriving on-time or communicating when they will be late. We utilized their services for scheduled bi-weekly cleanings for several months before we had to find another cleaner. They were rarely on-time or close to the 30 minute window they quote, and never once pro-actively communicated they would be late. We would have to reach out for an update, and they always blamed traffic.Listen I get they cant always predict how long earlier cleanings will take, but after a few weeks of missing the window and customer feedback they should adjust their scheduling. After continued lies and missed appointments we moved on.

First class company! Their prices are very reasonable for the type of job they do. Glow does everything too. Steam cleans carpets, walls, baseboard. The whole package. I have used many companies in the past like Stanley Steamer and you name it. Glows work is sooo much better than these guys. No need to look at any other company! I have already done the research/trial and error for you.
