Psi is terrible, when you try took book a test their system is painfully slow moving around and often have to re enter your information.It’s impossible to call to book an exam, i booked my exam on line it took about an hour and a half to do.I kept getting kicked out of payment page and was charged 4 times for one test, if you email them there is no response. I have tried calling and usually being on hold for over 3 hours eventually i give up.Also the background check took 6 weeks to be performed and for me to be notifiedI tested in Fall River the woman who ran the test center was very nice.However her printer was broken and could not print my license, so after trying in vain to contact psi with no response or possible way to get in contact, I was surprised there is a phone number for the Fall River site . Woman who did testing answered phone was very pleasant and sent another request for my licenseNot confident psi will help, but this company should not be in business period, it’s scary to think they are in charge of professional licensing

I dont think anything can be said about this company that you dont already know. And besides, you dont have a choice when it comes to taking a test for certain things so you have to come here anyway.

Could afford some updates to the testing facility. They make a huge deal about the rules associated with sound levels/distraction (understandably so) even provide earplugs if you are easily distracted by noise. However, the room is definitely not soundproof to the surrounding areas, specifically the area where test takers check in/review the test rules & regulations. Even with the earplugs in, I could still hear conversations through the walls the entire time I was testing (on more than one occasion.) The door connecting the check-in area and testing room sticks, so anytime someone entered/exited it makes a very distinct sound that was almost impossible to block out. As a person with ADHD, these noises were extremely disturbing to me while trying to focus on the exam each time I was there testing before finally passing.I’m not sure what the average testing time is for all of the testing options offered here, but 4hrs is the available time for the exam I was taking. The chairs were old and incredibly uncomfortable and the lighting was poor in the testing room - not exactly a conducive environment for a multiple hour long exam. Not sure what happens to the money required to register for an exam, but I don’t believe any of it goes back to improve the facilities - unless they’re just ignoring the Fall River location. (Which I still can’t believe is the only location offered for the South Shore area...what about setting up a new PSI in the Plymouth or Quincy area?!)
