I called yesterday morning around 10am to book an appointment for a cut and highlight was even offered A blow out service which I happily accepts and was given an appointment for today at 11 am once I got there I was told no I didn’t have an appointment and I probably made it at the other one, I always go to this one I didn’t even know about the other one so I drove to the other one they said the same thing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an appointment messed up on me with no offers to rectify the situation. Who takes the time to take someone’s information and then not schedule an appointment?

These guys always fit me in if they can for eyebrows. I prefer this location to others. Staff is professional and very friendly. Ive had issues elsewhere but never here.

Lacey cut my hair and she was excellent! She listened, checked-in throughout the cut. Highly skilled stylist. The salon overall is following covid protocols. I will definitely be back.

Took around 45 minutes for my daughter to even be seen, and the haircut was uneven and choppy. Definitely not satisfied with the experience.

Really nice, talented hair stylists that weve had twice here. The wait was an hour long, but worth it if you have the patience. Cheap prices, so perfect for kids when you need a quick, affordable cut.

Ehh there ok . Kinda pricy. They are not allowed to fully blow dry ur hair due to covid rules . Idk about you but when I dye my hair I would like to see the full picture. Not leaving with a head full of wet hair having to go home an blow dry an style my self just to see if it came out nicely . 😏

I took my mom to get haircuts this morning. My moms one of those people who are hard to please. A nice young girl (seemed new) tried very hard to accommodate what my mom was asking for. My mom was displeased (no fault to the girl) since she didn’t even know what she was asking for or wanted to see as a result. During this time, Amber was cutting my hair, doing a fantastic job, and helping the girl explain different things to my mom to see if they could figure out what she wanted. Amber was cutting my hair inch by inch until I was pleased with the length (which was time consuming and probably a little annoying since they were pretty busy and she was missing out on multiple other clients) By the time we were done with my hair, the other girl had given up with my mom and she was waiting for Amber to finish hers. We put our names in for 1015 and helped immediately. I left around 1130(mom still wasn’t done lol) but that shows how much time Amber took to really make sure I was happy with my haircut. Once my mom left she was so happy. She said she would of walked out in tears if her hair was messed up but she was so so happy with the service Amber provided and that her hair was perfect. This shows what great customer service and professionals Amber portrays and we will both recommend her to all of our friends.

Tiara did a great job cutting my young sons hair today. Very patient and gentle; checked in with him to make sure he liked it and I liked it. Clearly knew how to give a haircut as well

Got my haircut here this weekend and left with a bad headache. The girl did not use enough conditioner when shampooing my hair which was down to my behind. She then ripped through it with a comb and it hurt. Then she showsshow me the hair when she had me turned from the mirror of the whole time and I could barely tell but I got a haircut. I told her I wanted a few inches off the length and lots of noticeable layers I even brought a picture. When she was done blow drying get she started cutting it again because she must have realized she did not take enough off after she showed it to me I asked her to please take moral off and it still was not as short as I wanted but after 2 and half hours and a bad headache I just had to get out of there. Later that night I was running my fingers through my hair and I felt 3 or 4 small lumps I asked my boyfriend to look abd they were small scabs she must have put the comb right in my scalp as they were in a row and fresh. I was very disappointed after wasting so much time and being in pain and then paying $40 for a haircut that Im not happy with and Im still going to have to cut again.

Dont bother checking in online. I checked in for 5:45pm and was not taken until 6:15. I arrived around 5:40 and there was one other person waiting. There were three stylists, each with a client. One person finished and took the other person waiting and the next finished and proceeded to count her tips for 15 minutes and procrastinate until her shift ended, leaving me waiting for longer. Bottom line is, dont bother with this place. There are other salons/ barber shops around.

Staff was professional, place was clean, I got exactly what I asked for and more! This will definitely be my new stop for hair care, I am not easily won over either but this place was successful! Thank you Supercuts!
