I called All Day & All Night Towing a little after 2am on a Saturday morning after being involved in a car accident, I was out of state about 1.5 hours away. After the accident I immediately called All Day & All Night Towing, even with it being 2am, me being frantic and in panic the man who answered the phone was kind, patient with me, professional, and once i was able to tell him my exact location told me his driver was on his way. The tow truck driver arrived there quicker than i ever thought was going to happen. Even considering how late it was an how far i was. The driver arrived and he had a friendly tone, a friendly personality, and even asked us a couple times, if we were alright/ okay from the accident. Thankfully we were okay. The tow truck man secured my vehicle on the tow truck and before i knew it, we were headed back to MA. The entire process was smooth, convenient and very simple for me. I appreciate this company and their employees. Great service, great workers, great company.

Fantastic service! I called for a tow at 8pm on the evening of tropical storm Henri and they arrived within 25 minutes. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for a tow.

I cant say enough about Matt. When you call for a tow, chances are is because your in a bind and your stressed out about having repairs or getting to work on time. You definitely want to count on the towing service to help, right?! I will say this, If you cant count on Matt you cant count on anyone! This man stopped his truck in the middle of Rt 6 near Home Depot and retrieved my lost wallet and took time out of his busy day to bring it to my house in Westport. Then he waited for me to return; I was out looking for the wallet. There was a couple hundred bucks, a couple gift cards, four credit cards, my drivers license and my travel passport. I didnt care about the money it was all the work stopping the cards and reinstating my license. Talk about stressed! Folks, this is an honest guy; he wouldnt even take a dime! I am 100% sure you can count on him when your in a bind! I know Im calling him when and if I ever need a tow!

Timing belt broke on highway. Gentleman went back to shop to get truck with extra seats. My children were safe and secure. He was extremely professional and courteous. My oldest son is autistic and he was giving driver directions to our home. Driver was so polite and made my son extremely excited that he was listening so intently on his directions. What a crazy way to end year, but driver made it so much better. Thank you!
