Horrible experience with Dr Palmer. All they do is give you pills and cause you more problems not help you. I started on 1 pill they have me up to 4. The average wait is 3-4 hrs bc they want their afternoons free so they group everyone in the morning. If you miss your appointment they dont care even if the pills you take cause convulsions of which ive hwd 3 since going to Chai and Ive never had any in my entire life. Dr Palmer is on a power trip and has a very nasty attitude. A gentlemen was going to give me his spot since i had a convulsion and almost died with my family in the car and she told him NO!!! Since when does a Dr not try to help u?? In 33 yrs ive never seen such unprofessionalism . Go to gnc instead u will thank me later

Its public policy is very strict, inadequate, inconsiderate, bureaucratic, inconvenient for patients.One of several examples is:1. A patient comes from a transfer from another medical office and once the patient arrives, they renew the prescription to another one that is consigned with the public policy of that new medical office, such prescription renewal, it harms the treatment that was carried out such a patient in his previous service.That is, they change your medications. And it is not fair.Another thing, why do they give the same treatment of security and services, that they give to a patient who comes from a judicial referral, to a patient who comes voluntarily? ? ? ... Terrible service. How is it possible that they make a child wait more than 4 hours to be seen. They mention no to child abuse, but what does this mean then.
