Company is professional, all products are natural, safe to use, and %100 affective. I wish other customers would post how great the products are and how long this company has been in business serving Nation Wide. I’ve personally asked other customers that use the products and I’ve heard, I’ve pumped my tank out after 10 years and the septic guy said what are you using, whatever your using keep doing what your doing.. Customers that inherit their parents home and still use the products are happy, I had a lot of chats with all it of customers and thank God all happy. I’ll leave you with this, I talked to an older man once and he said he’s been using the product for years and he heard about it in Iraq, when he was sitting around with his platoon and they ( I don’t know how many I forgot ) were talking about septic tanks and problems with it, and he told me that 2 of them from different states used Environmental Products from New Jersey..when he came back he found their number and used them ever since! I thought that was One of the Best stories among others.

SCAM!!! They called my dads house in 2017 while my husband and I were living here after we lost our house to Hurricane Harvey and my dad had gone to work out of town. The guy called at 9:00pm looking for my dad, and said that he was wondering if my dad was ready to reorder as he had the year before. Not knowing my parents business, I asked him to call me the next day, as I was in bed asleep and needed to check with my dad. He called me the next day before I could get with my dad, but figured nobody would be calling if dad hadn’t already ordered. I told him go ahead and send it. I talked to my dad later and he said he’d never ordered from them. I tried to call unsuccessfully. The product arrived, then the phone calls. I told him he tricked me into having it sent, and that I would just send it back since it hadn’t even been opened. The guy told me I couldn’t do that, that I would have to pay. Here we are 3 years later and I’m still getting letters. Now the letters say my “account” has gone to their legal department. When you call to talk to their legal department their customer service says they can help you and then refuse to put you through.This company is unprofessional and deceptive. I still have the box of product that was sent to me, still unopened that I am willing to end back to them. I REFUSE to pay for products that I did not ask for.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They keep calling my house for a product I didnt receive! The 1st call I got I explained to the representative that if they produced a receipt that either my wife or I signed for I would not have a problem paying them! The representative got nasty with me and told me that I received the product, then hung up on me! They have been calling my home and sending me letters saying its in collections.

I have been using your Activator 2000 product for my septic tank for the last 5 or 6 years. I had my tank pumped about 4 years ago, but I wanted to see how well this product worked since, so I had my tank pumped again yesterday.To my surprise, the scum layer was only about 8-10 and, even better, the sludge layer was only about 3-4.I definitely will continue using your Activator product. It gives me peace of mind knowing it is doing its job, even if I dont open the tank to check.Thank you,Bruce Tiss

This place is a scam!! They convinced my 79 year old mom that she needed this product for the 2nd time. When I called them they were rude and said I was lying. I cant begin to tell you how horrible they are.

Dont do it. Its $160.00s for 4 cups of corn mill. Go to the grocery store and save $156 bucks. Corn mill was just ground up a little finer than the bag from the store. I dont know how people sleep at night charging families that for a common household item!

Love the company and the product. I ordered the product wanted to returned they nicely explained how they had a 30 day return policy which they have had forever but did allow me to break down my payments to make it easier for me to pay. Customer service people were super nice and help ful and for product ingot couldnt beat the price

These people convinced my 84 year old mother that she needed their product and proceeded to bilk her out of almost $200. I am reporting then to Consumer Reports and Better Business Bureau...she will not send them another cen, not on my watch! 🤬

I have been using their products for 3 years now and I can honestly say it works great. Havent had any issues and when I call to pay the customer service is great.

This place should not be allowed to call and get people to order. I was told I could talk to my husband and if he didnt want it, I could return it. He didnt want it, I returned it and am getting threats of collection. DONT ORDER !!!!!

I received a reorder that I did not place. I called to ask for a recall ticket. I got a call back from Joe insisting that I did place the reorder and that the product could not be returned. He was agitated and played back a recording of my confirmation from at least 2 yeas ago from the original order and claimed it was from March 26th ( he omitted to include 2019).I told him it was not my confirmation for a reorder but confirmation from the original order and I would not be paying the invoice. Joe then hung up on me.Dont fall for this bully tactic.

Horrible customer service and morals and ethics and anything else bad you can say about a company! They scammed my grand mother and then i tried to return the products I was physically yelled at all because I asked to return it. Then to top it off i called within the 30 days to return it but was told the shipping manager would have to call me back. Which they did not. So when i called a week later it was past the 30 days and they tried saying it was my fault. After 3 calls to speak to different people i finally got someone who agreed to return it but i had to pay return shipping fees over $15! They said they would credit her account and put her on the do not call list. I dont think they will do that and we will be stuck in this mess again in a few months when someone calls to get her to buy more garbage!!! DO NOT ORDER FOR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
