I called just now at 7:41pm and the very disrespectful woman said they closed at 7:41. Do not do clothes here, they do not care about customers whatsoever.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LAUNDROMAT.This is my first time here. & I usually go to the bigger laundromats in union city(20 min away from home) . But this time I tried to give this one near my house a shot. But what a mistake. How was I supposed to know that i can’t put bed stuff on these machines??? Waited 40 minutes FORTY MINUTES!!!!!!! I told the lady that works here about the situation.. and only received an attitude and a “you can’t put that in this machine” then she left. Not even my freaking money back!!! Now what was I supposed to do with my wet clothes?? Spend my money on another machine ??? HECK NAW !!! I grabbed my stuff and immigrated to the laundromat I always go to. NEVER AGAIN !!I hope this helps someone else .. to not waste your time !!!IT EVEN STAINED MY CLOTHES !!!! RIDICULOUS

Has written on the door that the last wash would be 8:30 pm and closes at 10:00 am i arrived 8:20 pm and says it was closed the lady seemed to be working and was forced to work so badly she was! and the first time I see a laundry there is no hot water and the drying machines you put on for 70 minutes and the clothes are not yet dry and when you complain the employee says you have to complain all the time someone complains I never go back there because if you keep insisting on doing laundry in my whole salary there

Came in 8 pm they state the last wash is 8:30 and the store closes at 10pm the lady started screaming it’s close I asked her why you guys closing early today she did not reply.... this place has bad costumer service and the washing machines sucks!!they will turn you down even if you go 7:30 they don’t even honor their own signs if you have other choices avoid this place at all cost!

The washing machines are fine but unfortunately the drying machines do not work and damage the clothes
