I recently purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram from Eddie. Eddie was easy to work with when it came to signing. I had a couple hiccups with my credit union but he was patient and waited for me until I had everything cleared. Very communicative and was doing everything possible until I left as a satisfied customer. Also, the repair shop was very professional and friendly when I arrived. Wish them nothing but the best.

Scammers. We payed $500 for a tune up on our Chevy Silverado a few months ago. We went in saying we need a new catalytic converter, they insisted it needed a tune up. So we did that and then they called back and said it also needed a catalytic convert.so we payed $1,500 in total. Today we had to change our spark plugs and the oil was black. They never did the tune up but we payed for it. They put the receipt in the name of a Ford ranger we took to them a year back. Scene than we have sold the ranger and can’t get out money back for the tune up THEY NEVER DID!

We had a problem with refrigerator not maintaining temperature. A service technician came the same day diagnosed problem. Worked with our insurance got our approval and ordered parts needed next day they were there doing the work. Technicians were courteous kept things clean and careful not to damage anything. I would highly recommend this company for any of your RV repairs if you’re in the area.

This review is long overdue. Brad and Deb saved my husband and I, not once, but twice in a matter of two months. Once when our car broke down and once when our RV wouldn’t start. Both times the got us in and fixed the problem relatively quickly. Both Brad and Deb are friendly and professional, and Brad put up with my constant stream of questions. I would give them more stars if I could.

Made an appointment to get the AC fixed on my SUV, they were able to get me in quickly. The staff was friendly and kept me updated, parts and pricing were fair.

I have used Blue Lake to repair some plumbing issues, fix my furnace, and help me install lights and other accessories in my RV. It is very convenient to have them come to your site. They are professional and willing to explain what is being done. When I have needed parts or questions answered for DIY projects, the employees go above and beyond to help me find what I need. They remember me when I call and are always friendly. Recently, I needed help moving my RV with very little notice and Brad went above and beyond to help me move my rig and get it set up. I will always use Blue Lake Rv for my rv and auto repair needs!

I got a flat going down the freeway and limped my truck to the nearest gas station where I realized my truck didn’t have any jack or way to get the spare off from under the truck bed. I seen Brads shop door open (he was closed, but still in the shop) when I asked him if I could use his jack. He had me pull my truck around and he completely helped me out and got me back on the road in no time. This guy saved me hundreds of dollars but wouldn’t take my money. Very sincere man with a great attitude who helped me out when he was off work. I’m truly grateful for Brads help and I’d recommend him every time.

Our RV broke down 50 feet from Blue Lake on a Sunday. Progressive hadn’t gotten us a tow by the next morning, so wandered over. They came over, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within a few hours. Strongly recommend.

BEWARE! TAKE YOUR RV TO WAYNES RV ON DIVISION.. This is my experience here.. I have newer a Class A 40 pusher that i am currently living in while building my new home. I talked to the owner on the phone in depth of the needs, my situation being full time and repairs. He said No problem thats what we do, fix RVs. He scheduled me two weeks out and assured me he would clear two days to address repairs. I proceeded to make arrangements (packing it up and unloading many things as this is my current home. Booking a hotel for the week etc...).. I dropped the pusher off on Sunday.. Monday they moved it in the lot and it sat all day NOTHING (I have a security camera on board). Tuesday morning I get an email stating they have decided they dont have the time and dont want to work on it and please pick up.. THIS IS AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS IT GETS NOT TO MENTION A VERY BAD SPOT FOR ME TO BE PUT IN GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES..... There is a happy ending though.. WAYNES RV ON DIVISION WELCOMED ME IN and is performing all the work.. They could not believe what Blue Lake did to me..

Blue Lake has been providing service to our trailer for 4 years, always perfect. Called to make an appointment as the fridge was dead in our RPOD. Brad tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone to no avail. But he tried! Took it in and they worked on it and then referred us to Laurelhurst Distributing, saying they are the experts in RV refrigerators. No charge for Blue Lake to check it out and LD fixed it quickly for $287. Sure beats the $1500 for a new fridge! We really appreciate BL for making sure we got the best outcome. Thanks!

Took my older class A motorhome to Brads shop and he fixed the items I requested completely and under budget. There was a secondary issue that occurred after I picked it up, which Brad quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend this place, they are responsive and thorough.

Our sons car broke down on the way back to school and got towed to this shop. They had the car diagnosed and fixed within a day with very reasonable charges. They listened to us and were respectful of our desires to fix only what was necessary, but checked the vehicle to make sure there were no underlying issues. Car is running great. Highly recommended!

The other morning, my truck wouldnt start. Blue Lake Auto & RV Repair was recommended. They attended the RV park where I was staying in a very timely manner, and knew within minutes what the problem was. I agreed to the repair and they drove my truck back to their shop. Friendly, Fare customer service is outstanding. If they dont have what you need they will send you to another place that does. They dont fix or replace anything without your approval and its always a job well done. They also have a mobile repair truck that will come out to you if necessary.A#1 in my book.

They greeted us like old friends and treated us like family, going above and beyond to accommodate us and get us back on the road safe and sound. We still can’t believe they found all of the parts we needed and coordinated a complete transmission rebuild in less than 4 business days! Even though we live in Port Townsend, WA, we plan on taking our rig down to them for any future repairs. Great place to take an RV for mechanical or house side work.

In a nutshell: personable, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional and affordable.Was told by a large RV dealer my generator was too old, parts not available and not repairable.Went on-line, made two phone calls, had part in 5 days. Went to Blue Lake RV repair, Brad said he didn’t think it was the part I brought him but he would put it in. Called me said it wasn’t the part, took it back out and put it in original box for me. Tested the generator, ordered and put in another part and it was fixed!! He knew I had a strict timeline and even though he got the part a day late, he got the job done a day early.Charges were very reasonable, especially if you consider I didn’t have to buy a new generator. Will definitely be using again as the need arises. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT RV repair and service. We had a plumbing issue that we couldn’t figure out, causing our water system to fail completely. They figured it out in no time flat, and had us back on the road within an hour of the time we got there.

We had a pretty serious slide issue and were traveling full time... Blue Lake RV came out, diagnosed the problem and sent 3 guys out to push the slide in. When we took it in there were bigger problems, our slide mechanism was practically re-built and new parts were made and attached. These guys went beyond what was required or asked to get us back on the road! We are so impressed were taking our 5er back for some maintenance stuff. We highly recommend Blue Lake RV! And they did the complicated repair in an afternoon, we didnt need to get a place to stay for the night.... Bonus!

Consummate Professionals - and Incredibly Friendly, to boot! I had an RV water heater/ancient PVC pipe disaster driving from AZ to my new home in OR the exact same time as the frigid sub-zero temps and ice storms hit the region. And it was my first week as a full-timer. Result of the freak weather? Busted water heater and a few really fragile 1998-era pipes feeding into it. Blue Lake (thank you Debi!) addressed my anxieties and the problem calmly, never over-estimated damages or used fear tactics, quoted a fair and reasonable price, and today - with the install - Dave (my hero) graciously stayed as long as he needed to to ensure I would have running water - and hot running water - after almost a month without. I am not only grateful, but impressed with the whole team and their 5-star service and work. I am a customer for life.

I have stopped here a couple times for consultation and advice, parts and accessories.The owner, Brad, was very personable and forthcoming with helpful advice and positive energy!They have a clean, newer facility with LOADS of replacement parts and traveling tools, faucet fixtures, cabinets??? I didnt get to look at everything, but they have a lot of merchandise neatly arranged in such a modestly sized facility.Labor rate was quoted at $100 hr on big rigs, (a bit less on regular automotive), and he said they also perform mobile calls at your campsite for $75, and perform a full range of services on all systems.It was plain to see that many people are coming to Blue Lake RV looking for help, and the employees here do not make the customer feel like a burden! Yes, I would recommend this business to a friend.

Bought a used RV from an estate sale back in August and it has been a bumpy road. These guys have become my go-to for EVERYTHING rv-related. Ive used the shop in person for RV supplies and used the mobile repair service more times than I can even count anymore. These people know their business and are actually nice people too, not just out to make a buck off you. The owner Brad is a really nice dude and Debbie at the desk has helped me a bunch of times to find the right products. Cant say enough great things about the mobile repair guy Dave. He does a great job and will try to save you money whenever possible. Most times they fix you up same day you call, and one notable evening Debbie sent Dave over to help within 15 minutes so I didnt have to limp along without power. Ill be using Blue Lake as long as Im in the area and highly recommend them to people whenever I get the chance. Edited after months of experience with these folks just to say I still think they are awesome 👍👍

Days before our vacation, we bought a bike rack for our new ebikes. Problem was, the hitch was too low and kept bottoming out. I looked everywhere for an extension but no luck. Stopped here on my way home to the gorge to see if they had anything. Brad had nothing in stock and to order something would not help our situation at the time. Brad solved my problem in less than an hour, he had made me a custom hitch! Saved my vacation and decreased my stress level by 100%. Bought a car next door to this shop. I asked when I bought the car does the car vibrate a lot like this and the dealer wasnt too sure so he had me bring it in to their repair shop. I spoke to an old guy and even had him in the car with me to test drive. The car vibrated a lot for being only at 500rpm and idling in parking lot. He told me thats how saturn made them which I know doesnt seem right. I asked about a fuel filter replacement since the previous owner didnt have records he just explained that its a specific type that has to replaced at a certain moment in time which doesnt make any damn sense when its only a 1999 saturn with a basic fuel filter. Then I tried asking him about the transmission slipping because it takes more than 3 seconds to shift into reverse if not at all without forcing it by gasing the car. He said again oh no thats how its supposed to be BS once again. Ive had the car more than a year later and spoke to actual shop mechanics who owned saturns before and explained the transmission isnt supposed to do this and ran tests to find out the gear ratios are off because the motor mounts werent tight which also caused the motor to vibrate the car. I was truly disgusted with the thought of having some guy at this shop tell me these lies about the car which im now paying the price for to sell it WAYYYY LESS than I bought it. I dont ever plan on returning to this shop and the dealership next door.
