Excellent staff! Very knowledgeable and always helpful. This store isn’t the closest to my house but the superb customer service saves me time in the long run. Highly recommend!

Recently moved to the area, printer not with me, and needed to print an important document immediately. Staff allowed me to email document to them and I was able to pick up immediately. Very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Best service Ive had with shipping in a long time

I know its not cool to come in near close, but thats just the time I had to come in after work. They had already closed the register 25 minutes early and couldnt help me.

Our beloved cat escaped in mid May. Went to the UPS store to have flyers made. Sara was so compassionate and made us very professional flyers of the highest quality. Not only did she make flyers, but on her own time on a Saturday, she and her son went out to help look for the cat! What an asset she is to UPS and what an amazing community spirit. Though our cat has not been found we are gratefull for the all the care and assistance by UPS store and staff

The staff is professional & kind. We used to have a PO Box there. LOVED it. But today, I needed a package mailed out. First, I needed the shipping label printed and taped to the package. The lady did everything for me and it was all free of cost. At the post office we have to pay for tape and do it all ourselves. I was so surprised by the way it was done at the ups store I kept waiting to me rung up and asked if I was done 3 times before walking out the door. They’re so sweet and helpful.

Needed paperwork signed and they have a notary. Clean, great staff

Do not I repeat. DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO MAIL YOUR PACKAGES OUT!!!! I went in October 3, 2020. And my package still haven’t received. It was a USPS package. In stead of telling me that a carrier doesn’t come out. They held my package for days. They didnt tell me. I could’ve taken this to a Usps myself. Very poor customer service. No knowledge what’s so ever. This package could be lost. I would never trust a drop off ups again.

Fast, efficient, friendly. Drop off Amazon returns here all the time and never takes more than a minute after I reach the counter.

I mailed a package from there that when it arrived at its destination was in a different box and only 3 of the 9 items I mailed were in the box. Even though I paid extra for insurance, my claim has been denied. How can you deny a claim for missing items when you can clearly look at the box size on the mailing label and the box that was received and see that they are not the same. And, to make matters worse, I can’t get Anyone from Corporate to let me know the status. Angela at the local store is about as frustrated as I am and is working to get it taken care of. Never again will I ship UPS.

Cant recall young ladies name, however was in 08/18/18 to ship a enormous package back to Amazon and the young lady was spot on and very helpful!

They are always extremely helpful, and go out of their way to take care of anything and everything you might need! I had to return an item to Amazon once, and they emailed me the return shipping label, but my printer was broken, so I took my item in to the store, and they printed it out from my email for me, boxed it up, put the label on the box and everything!

The staff is great I am in almost once a week for work.

I wanted to ship an Easter basket to my nephew. I was running late from work and I was worried about it arriving in time so 2 lights from the store I called the store three minutes before closing time to ask if they would stay open in case I was late. at 5:59 pm I was still on the phone with the employee and he told me it was too late to send a package as I pulled into the parking lot. They close at 6 PM. FedEx closes at 7 PM and they hire vetrans. No longer going brown.
