I called four companies for estimates. They were the only one that responded. They were very professional and did a great job.

Failed to deploy outriggers (stabilizing metal arms on side of apparatus) properly, failed to use any outrigger pads and punched through concrete driveway section. Originally told me this happens occasionally and his concrete guy would be in touch to repair. (CONTRARY TO OWNERS WIFES RESPONSE TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU: there was no liability waiver paperwork which accounts for their failure to produce any.) The concrete guy failed to return multiple calls. When Ultimate Tree Service returned to cut trees at my neighbors, one of the trees fell onto my fence. They attempted to blame it on a sudden wind but volunteered to remove it as a courtesy because of the broken concrete and the $1500 referral to the neighbor. Then the owners wife began calling and emailing with threats because I reported them to their bond company regarding the concrete damage. I am writing this review AFTER moving out of the area.

They have the absolutely BEST customer service on the coast. They call you back and arrive on time. They clean up. Love this company
