Terrible mail carrier. Always losing my packages or not delivering my mail/packages, yet the informed delivery status shows it delivered. He is a joke and they need to improve in all areas. It’s ridiculous.

Whoever drops off mail where I live is the worst mail person ever. If I could rate 0 stars I would. She is afraid of the dogs at our house that are both small puppies that have never bitten anyone. She leaves a sticker on our mail box one day saying “dogs out” and doesn’t proceed to even try to deliver the package the next day. We kept our harmless 1ft puppies inside all day today just so she could deliver the mail. She STILL refused to deliver our package with perishable items even WITH THE DOGS INSIDE. It is one of the laziest things I have seen in my life and this has happened multiple times. DO YOUR JOB and stop being lazy because you don’t want to get out of the car to deliver a package. I am astonished at the laziness I’ve seen. 0/10 service.

We have the worst postal worker that i have ever experienced. I have been here over 50 years and with this worker our mail does not get picked up a lot of the time. Today i had a package and a letter that needed to be in the system and it is now 8:11pm and the mail has not been picked up again. She will put mail on top of a package that is in my mail box to be picked up and will not pick up the package. She just leaves it in the box. Will put incoming mail on top of the package. I I turn have to drive to Fairhope to take the mail and packages to the post office. I have complained several and the post master says she will take care of it and here today no mail service again. I would appreciate any help we can get. Our neighbor that is 80 plus years was at her mailbox tonight with a flashlight getting her mail out as she is scared to leave it overnight in the box. This is a sad occurrence for me at 71 and her at over 80 have to deal with daily. Any help would be appreciated.

This past week I mailed a similar item on two days. The front desk clerts were both friendly and knowledgeable. The second time I dealt with someone different than the first time.

I live on a 2nd floor apartment, a Fairhope mail carrier left my package on the ground in the rain, they didnt knock on my door or anything!This is unacceptable, my package was ruined and its quite literally the fault of the Fairhope branch of the US postal service.

Worst post office ever. Workers at front seemed like they were in a rush to get to next customer. One gal kept looking at her phone. Terrible customer service here. Very disappointed!

No mail delivery for 4 days. Phone is always busy. USPS main number is beyond a bad joke. This organization has the absolute worst customer service in the organized world. Your taxpayer dollars at work.

Worst service Ive ever experience with a postal service, my parcel was mailed to Fairhope, AL in error on 11/11/2020 and its been sitting there for over a week now, hell I live in FLORIDA, tried to call in and was on hold for so long just to speak with someone only to be lied to by the rep telling me he cant hear me and then he hung up on me after holding for 30minutes, THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!! THIS POST OFFICE SHOULD NOT EXIST!!

Do not go here if you need to get a passport, because they dont do them at this post office. I went there to get mine done because it was listed as a passport office online - they were polite and friendly in telling me I needed to go to either the satellite courthouse or Daphne post office. So for passports, just save yourself some time and go directly to Daphne post office.

Short hours but have always been very helpful.Also help very much w packaging choices, have always had packages arrive on time.Thank you

Horrible service! Wont take responsibility for lost mail, mail jammed up or mail delivered 4 weeks after put in the mailbox?!Carriers pretty inept!! TAKES 4 DAYS FOR A PIECE OF MAIL, from Fairhope to Fairhope, roughly 3.5 MILES??DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE! !

Failed to provide simple delivery services to a PO box. Staff is rude and disconcerted with the delivery problems to our Post Office box. They seem to have personnel issues with people following instructions when we have done our part as described by the PostMaster. Post Master routinely gives excuses, fails to correct the problem. We have made EVERY effort to do what needs to be done by us, and still there are excuses by the PostMaster. BE WARY of your mail service!!!
