The Staff is extraordinary Jan was nice and caring. Alli is very professional and took as much time as I needed to adjust the hear aids. Both called several times to make sure everything was working.I am completely satisfied with my hearing aids and recommend Miracle Ear very highly.I am willing to share my experience in person at any time.

I started out a few years ago needing aids and at that time it was called The Ear Lab. Miracle Ear has taken over at that location. I have been going there since it changed over and have only positive things to say about Ally and Jan in that office. Those of you that might be thinking about using or needing hearing aids this is the place to go for a hearing test and lots of helpful information to help you navigate your way to better hearing.

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 12 years and this was the best experience I have had. The first contact we had with the office was Jan. She was very helpful and cheerful, a pleasure . Allie Beal was professional and very knowledgeable. She conducted the hearing test and told me what I needed. When my hearing aids came in, she fitted them and answered any questions I had. I have been wearing about 3 weeks now and they fit perfectly, very comfortable and I have had no problems. I would recommend the Miracle Ear in Fairhope to everyone, the people working there are outstanding and the product they sell is well worth the cost.

Im a snowbird, visiting in the Fairhope area. Wouldnt you know that hundreds of miles from home I would experience a major glitz with my Miracle Ear hearing aids. Fortunately, I found and dropped in on Jan and Ally Beall, BC-HIS with no appointment. I was relieved to hear the words, If you can come back in an hour we will be happy to help. Returning Ally spent time identifying the problems, correcting most of them, but asking me to return the next morning so she could do right. What a difference! As we hearing impaired folks like to say, I can hear! I have even been ask to come back in a week to insure all is well. Cant thank the Fairhope staff enough

Fantabulous! is the best way to describe the feeling I had when I received my new hearing aids from Miracle-Ear in Fairhope Alabama.Just two weeks ago, Ally Beal, the Hearing Care Specialist at Miracle-Ear, had given me a thorough ear exam and comprehensive hearing test, diagnosed my hearing problems, and fitted me with a pair of absolutely great hearing aids.Ally is a knowledgeable, personable, courteous and professional specialist who truly knows her work. I am now hearing things I realize I hadnt heard in years. Every morning that I put my hearing aids in, I am still in awe of the sounds that I now hear.My hearing aids are very comfortable and I can even adjust them if I need to from my smart phone--plus, if I have a problem, Ally will help me resolve it. As she told me, I dont think there is a problem that you might have with your hearing aids that I cant solve, and I believe it. All this, plus you get free batteries and a pleasant receptionist, (Jan), who answers the phone cheerfully.If you are having problems with your hearing but you are not certain how much your hearing loss has deteriorated, call these people. You will get a professional and accurate appraisal of your personal hearing situation.
