My charger port pins got damaged and brought to Elite; they did there best to try and fix. Said they could send off but shot me straight saying probably not worth the expense. Gave me good advice to pull battery out and charge in another phone so I could get my data transferred. Good people.

Shattered my screen. Took my phone in. Kristian had to order the parts. As soon as the part came in he called and I took my phone in. It was 1p.m. Christmas Eve. Kristian said he would do his best to get my phone to me as soon as possible. Received a call around 8 p.m. Kristian delivered my phone to my home at 8:30 p.m. Very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Would highly recommend Kristina for any cell phone service.

GREAT SERVICE!! Had a ruined iPhone 5 screen that they replaced, with no appointment, in under 30 minutes. And installed a glass screen protector (which was installed straight, not crooked like every other shop has done me) and a new case - both of which were discounted because I was having my phone serviced. I shattered my phone screen on a Saturday afternoon and needed it fixed quickly. I immediately called this shop and Kristian was very helpful over the phone with precise information. I dropped it off and thirty minutes later, I had a nice new screen. Pleasure doing business with this company! Will return for all cell phone repair needs. Not to mention the shop has a very relaxing, no pressure environment. Absolutely recommend!
