I wasnt sure where to go in our area and found the guys at Fairhope PC. Small office but right on Fairhope Ave. so be careful not to miss them. So knowledgeable and prompt. I had a few challenges and they knocked it out in no time. Super nice and personal service. I have used Fairhope PCs services 3 times. Twice they let me know the repair would cost more than the value of the computer. The third time the repair was done very quickly. I needed the unit for a job one evening, and they stayed 15 minutes after hours so I could pick up the unit. Thats real customer service.

Judge and Dylan are very professional, extremely knowledgeable & prompt! They ran a test on my computer & Dylan called to discuss the issues, what options were available & the cost. He also listened to what my preferences were and combined it all to give me back a fast, updated, working computer. Dylan went so far as to offer his help (remotely) to get my printer back online & connected to my computer, but I had the disc & was able to do it. Fairhope PC is definitely top notch!!

Wanted to say that I own Tech Solution LLC down in Gulf Shores. We are competitors, but I called them in need of some thermal paste for a clients computer and they supplied it with no problems and a fair price. There are very few tech businesses willing to help other tech businesses around. Judge - If you ever need something or have a tech problem you need to talk through, dont hesitate to reach out!

Excellent, speedy service and very fairly priced.

What an honest and well run computer repair shop. My work laptop was stuck on a Windows 10 update and had a few other small glitches. The guys here explained how they would look into things and what they could do. They called the next day with a diagnosis and a plan. It was repaired very quickly. I then had a couple crashes after the repairs and they told me to bring it back in. This happened twice. They updated a few more drivers at no additional cost. Both in a days turnaround.I then took in my Surface as I thought it was overheating. They tested it that very day, and said that it wasnt really overheating, but they put a program on it where I could monitor the internal temperature - and didnt charge me a dime! The cost to repair my work laptop was very reasonable, and as said I brought it back twice and they didnt charge anything. Very knowledgeable guys, very polite and curtious and very professional. I highly recommend them!

My Macbook hard drive crashed! I underestimated the damage... Judge Keeler. IT Support for the shop looked it over and let me know the hard drive was a goner. Judge replaced the hard drive and did a masterful job of retrieving data from the dead drive. Professional, friendly service. I trust these folks to handle even the biggest job.

Just left this place never been till now I came in looking for a Lenovo laptop charger and the man behind the counter said he doesnt know if he had any new and said he was not sure if he had any used and suggested WalmartDidnt even make an attempt to check only said he wasnt sure then auggsugge I go elsewhere I got the feeling I was bothering him just by being a customer would not recommend and will never be back

I brought my MacBook Pro to fairhope pc with a specific problem. When they were unable to resolve my problem Judge refunded my money. He also called and explained why the problem occurred.

Trustworthy local shop.

I dropped off a pc due to freezing on monday night. They had it all week and picked it up on friday night. They stated it was the second hard drive causing the issues and all was perfect. I got home tonight plugged it in and froze up within 1 minute. How do you have a pc a whole week and the first minute I get it plugged back in the pc freezes again? Something is wrong and the problem was not diagnosed properly.

Strictly about getting as much of your money for as little as possible.Deceptive and highly overpriced.Be sure you already know whats wrong before you bring your Pc there,if not theyll make it worse before making it better and charge 3 Times as much as original problem should have been.
