Shopping around for things to do on vacation. After reading the owners responses to reviews its obvious this guy is a jerk.

Cannot get an answer on the phone. Left a message & no return call. MUST BE OUT IF BUSINESS & looking at previous reviews I guess I understand why!

The service provided by this organization was excellent. The business operator was knowledgeable, efficiently and friendly. They had the equipment I needed, when I needed it and at the time I needed it. The equipment worked well with no issues. We had a wonderful outing and will use ESW without hesitancy in the future.

What an amazing experience. We really enjoyed our time on the bay and up the rivers! Rented a pontoon boat for the day to cruise around Weeks Bay, Fish and Magnolia Rivers. We packed a cooler and grilled out on the boat. The staff was uber helpful. They loaded the boat up with paddleboards and life jackets, all in great shape and the check-in/check-out process was efficient and allowed us to make the most of our day on the water. Looking forward to taking scooters and bikes out for some land fun too!

Horrible service and dishonest rates. Over the phone told we were getting a day rental. This jerk said when we returned the next day that a day rental was 8 hours while. We kept it for 24 hours which was a different rate and more expensive. On top of this dishonest rate he was also a total jerk and was very rude. Dont rent from here as he just preys on tourists because nobody goes back twice.

Called and made a reservation to rent a pontoon boat for half a day. Couple weeks in advance. Drove all the way from Texas. The day of our reservation while on our way to the boat ramp, texted him we were headed that way for our meet up time. 30 min later he texted back that the business was temporarily closed and suggested another business on Orange Beach- waited until we were nearly there to even respond! Just bad business all around. They should’ve called everyone with a reservation confirmation the minute the business closed to give us time to find an alternative.

I was a church retreat center nearby for a work meeting and visited the website and called about reserving kayaks at the end of the day to be used when our work retreat ended and early morning--we were quoted the price on the website and agreed to a return. When the husband of a staff went to pay the bill--it was DOUBLE the amount. At the end of the day when our retreat let out I drove to the shop, assuming we would clear up the discrepancy. Instead the owner shrugged and said there was an overnight fee for all of them--when I pointed to the sign on the door about cost, the website and the conversation we had the day before he basically said, tough luck. So, if you want to be ripped off, treated disrespectfully, and lied to--go here. If not, explore other options.

It seems they are out of business. The place looks abandoned. On the phone nobody picked up. No hint at the website. Its a really bad behavior.
