Jessica always does a great job highlighting my hair. She even convinces me to trim it when it needs it, even though I fight her on this. She is personable & makes my time there enjoyable. I would highly recommend her.

Just had hairstylist Jody Wright cut my hair and she did a phenomenal job. She made sure it was cut perfect and left no mistakes.

Great haircut, friendly barber and no waiting! Got there just before 5, washed my hands and got started. Out by 5:15.

Was told you have to make an appointment, no walk ins. Called and no one was available to schedule an appointment because they were all busy. Could not give me a price. Not accommodating at all. After the phone call, Iwill not be using this shop. Unprofessional and rude.

They were nice but I did not get the haircut I requested. I had a picture of the back and front of the cut I wanted. She cut it and it looks nothing like I wanted. I had her redo it and all she did was take a little more off. I had asked for layers all over with bangs starting around the eye area. Even with me having her do it again, I have no bangs, just layers starting almost at my collar bone. It does not frame my face at all. I was afraid to have her redo it again. She said she understood what I wanted but either she didnt understand or she just ignored the requested cut and did what she liked. Either way I was very unhappy. I did wait almost 2 weeks before writing this review to make sure I was fair but Im still unhappy. This was my second time getting my hair cut there. The first time was good, the second was not. If i do go back there, it will definitely be someone else cutting my hair.

Great place for a haircut! My best advice would be to call and make an appointment during the week and definitely on weekends because this place gets busy Straight out the gateMariah does a great job. Lots of other great stylist as well.

I have not had my hair cut at Supercuts since I was a child and I will not be going back. I asked my hair stylist to take 2 inches off and lightly layer my hair....you can see the photos below to see how that turned out. Thank God I was able to have a real stylist fix my botched haircut 2 days later.

Went in for a trim and to have my hair layered for the summer. Called at 6:00 and they had me in the chair by 6:20. Pretty patient and really listened to my needs. I was hesitant about going here as I did two years back and some guy did my hair to which he basically did what he thought would look good on me, not at all what I had asked for. The lady I got the other day, Nina, did a great job. I will be headed back to her around my birthday for highlights. I think I paid like $20.00 for a trim and to have it layered; my hair was on my waist so $20 for that is unbeatable given everywhere else always charged me $40!

Absolutely loved it! Brand new store that is very clean and smells very nice. Was greeted with friendliness and smiles as soon as I walked in. I went to get my hair dyed and the stylist helped me pick out the perfect color for my hair. One of the very best dye jobs I have ever had. Stylist was patient and very friendly. Great customer service and great job with my hair. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on well done hair services!

I have had my haircut twice now at this new Supercuts. The stylists have been great and really listened to my requests. I have a combination clipper/scissor cut that requires care to blend the hair. They have been very good, cheerful and efficient. The store is new, clean and bright. Much better than some others I have been in around Fairhope. The price was not bad either. I would highly recommend that you try it out.

I asked the woman on the phone if they cut black people hair she said yes. She could have been honest and referred me to another barbershop. I only went cause it was Sunday and I couldnt find another barber shop but I took a chance. They didnt even have the correct clippers or know how to fade hair or the importance of a good edge up. I havent had a haircut this bad since I was in elementary and got a bowl cut from my stepmom.

Ms. Anita was amazing. My daughter and I had been to a different salon this morning and unlucky for us had a bad experience with the hair stylist there. We went to Supercuts hoping to fix the terrible cuts we recieved at the other salon. Ms. Anita was so kind and caring with our concerns. She made us feel like family even though this was the first time I ever met her. She did a fantastic job fixing what the other stylist from the other salon had done. Im super pleased and will be back again.

Mariah is wonderful! She really listens and does exactly what you want, even cutting 2 or more times until its what you want. Super nice lady and I highly recommend her!!!

Excellent stylist I was nervous about getting long layers put in my hair but the young lady that did my hair did excellent. So far my favorite haircut Ive had in awhile

I had my 2nd apt with the manager. She was rude to me & loud chiding me for not using the correct termogoly when l was trying to explain how I wanted my hair cut. Everyone, even the staff was watching & listening...I was embarrassed & felt I was being verbally abused. I tipped her 40% my first visit so that wasnt the issue. I am older, overweight & have psoriasis which prevents me from wearing makeup, but I dress nice & I am open & friendly. She certainly made sure I wont be back.

I have been to this shop numerous times and I have always been pleased with the services that I have received. I go to Debbie and Mariah. Both are excellent ...! 🌺🎀💖

When I came in they acted like I wasnt in the system even though I had called 3 hours earlier and I had to tell the girl 3 time what cut I wanted.

Lady who cut my hair was miserable. Didnt say a word to me in the first 5 mins. Made it awkward. She also had no skills in a decent modern mens haircut. Wouldnt return and people should avoid. Save the money and have a toddler cut your hair, same result.

Ms. Kathy is awesome, but have taken Grandson to other stylist there too and he (we) always Loves his haircuts.

Terrible! Worst haircut my 14 year old son has ever had! Stylist seemed put out like we were a burden and we were the only ones there. We made sure she understood that we wanted it left long on top...he came out with it cut down to an inch on top! Shaved to the skin on the sides and NOT blended at all! We wanted to try the new place...you have been warned, stick with sports clips! I am not sure they know what there doing!

Showed up at 3:30pm on Sunday. Despite the fact that they were open until 5pm, and only 3 people sitting in the waiting area, the attendant said she had to call her manager to see if they were taking any more customers today. Ha! Dont bother, I took my son up the street to Sport Clips. @NeverSupercuts!
