I used to work here back in 2015 alongside Mr. and Mrs. Rambo themselves, so I know how things are supposed to be run. I called yesterday morning to get a quote on 4 tires. They said they’d call me back, and I never heard back. I called again after I got off work, and they said the same thing. I never heard back. I called for the third time this morning and finally got the quote, and it was a little more than I expected. So, I said I would let them know while I look at a few other places to compare, and they just hung up. No goodbye or have a nice day or anything. Every time I called I felt like I was bothering them rather than being a well respected potential customer and former employee.I then called sweat tire, they gave me a price immediately, for a better deal, and said they could have them today. When I said I would need to call them back, my man Doug thanked me and told me to take my time. That’s service. I used to love Rambo’s (and I definitely still love the family), but I really do not appreciate being disrespected.

My mom told me to go here but I got upset. I didnt like their customer service. They didnt ask what kind of oil I wanted. I asked for them to put frion in my ac and when I picked up my car they said there was a hole. I brought it somewhere else and there was definitely not a hole.

I have gone to Rambos sevral times on a Friday late once for breaks another for pully and belt. Everytime has got me going (kids cars in college) with very little time. He is a great guy and the techs are on it. I can do a lot of repairs myself but there are times when he has done it great prices and does it right the first time. Thank you guys . 100% recommend this station.

Driving through Fairhope our check engine light came on. Despite having many cars already there for service, they took us in and checked us out. Turns out all we needed was a reset and were back on the road within a few minutes. Fabulous!! Many thanks!!

I hate to give a bad review of anyone but I have to for Rambos. The positive is that when I have stopped in for gas or air they have been very nice. The bad is I have a truck that wouldnt crank so I called them and they said to tow it in and they would fix it. I had it towed in and its a month later and they still havent even begun work on it.I cant for the life of me understand why they would not fix the car. When I have spoken with them its like I am a bother. Maybe its the perfect storm of bad luck but I will NEVER recommend anyone use these guys to fix their car and I absolutely wont be using them myself.
