The Palladian Patio Homes have the nicest rental properties of anywhere that I have ever lived. My family rented a two bed/two bath home with a garage. The rooms are quite large with a very large living dining kitchen area. Maintenance is performed continuously on the property to help maintain a very high standard. A gentleman by the name of Pete conscientiously keeps the swimming pool in top notch order for all who swim. You could not ask for a better maintenance man than Ed. After saying all of that, I want to say Hayley, the Manager, is the very best of the best. She listens, communicates, is very responsive and shows genuine concern for all who live at The Fairhope Palladian. If you are looking for a permanent or temporary residence, The Palladian at Fairhope is the place for you!

Stayed at this property for roughly 8months and enjoyed my time there. Haley, the property manager, is great to work with and very responsive. She truly went above and beyond from move in to move out. The property is well kept and a quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I moved to Alabama just about three weeks ago into Palladian at Fairhope. Our experience has been excellent. The grounds and the buildings are attractive and well maintained. The property manager, Haley, is very friendly and her door is always open to help any resident with any issue. Eddie, the maintenance man, is respectful and willing to fix any thing that might come up that needs a looking at in your apartment. Anyone looking for a quality apartment should look here!

The Palladian was a great place to live while starting a new job in Daphne! It was spacious, clean, with plenty of green space for my puppy! I loved the tall ceilings and the little patio! It was very private and I enjoyed my morning coffee outside many mornings! The neighbors were top notch...friendly, but never intrusive! The management was extremely helpful and efficient! Following the hurricane in the fall of 2020, management had “boots on the ground” knocking on every door checking on the residents! It was a wonderful place to live!

The Palladian at Fairhope is all you could want in an apartment. It is a little neighborhood that is pet friendly and family friendly. It is quiet here most of the time, and the grounds and greenery are well cared for.The apartment I stayed in was roomy and had all modern amenities. Anytime I needed anything, Haley and Arthur took care of it promptly.If you’re looking for a safe, clean space to stay a while in beautiful Fairhope, you just can’t do much better than the Palladian.

My experience has been exceptional! My husband and I are relocating from South Carolina and Haley has been such a blessing. No matter how many times I called she was always helpful and patient, she is extremely organized, and most importantly she relieved the high amount of stress that comes naturally from moving! Could be happier! 5 Stars!!!

Lived here short term while house hunting. They have short term leases and that’s hard to find here.The manager Haley is truly amazing. We did have a couple of maintenance issues upon move-in and they were in transition between maintenance personnel. Haley stayed on it and the issues were resolved.The property is well maintained and location is awesome.We have met several people who have been here for years. They have 2 & 3 bedroom units and the 2 BR units have single car garages.Comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient.They are Covid conscious and the office is closed except for appointments but Haley is available by phone. There is a nice pool, workout room and grill available by booking a time through the properties app on your phone. So, those public areas are reserved and occupancy restricted.

We moved from Georgia and had a hard time finding a rental that fit our needs in the quick timeline we had. Haley worked so hard to make our move happen quickly and easily. It’s been a great community for our family and our kids have loved it here. Haley is very responsive and always addresses any issues promptly.

Haley is AMAZING!! We got into a place within 48 hrs from the time we reached out as everything fell into place. She has made this transition as smooth as possible and gone over every little detail to ensure we are knowledgeable about the property. We are already feeling at home!! Thank you Haley!! 😊Its been a year since we moved in and my family and I love it here. We have been through a pandemic and an intense hurricane season with Sally coming through here. Haley and the staff have handled it all with such a professionalism. I never once worried about anything even while sitting with the power out. They were onsite taking care of all of the residents, even with their own homes to worry about. It couldnt have been easy on them but it never showed. Everyone is alerted about updates and new rules. We trust Haley and the staff she runs. We have been so happy living here!!! They are much appreciated. :)

I chose the Palladian at Fairhope - from out of state - based upon two friends high recommendations. I, of course, spoke with Haley in the management office to initiate the rental. She couldnt have been more helpful with advising and assisting with all setups; including utilities, insurance, etc. I moved in only a few weeks ago and must say that the choice is better than I could have hoped. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about the Palladian at Fairhope and their staff... and expect that to continue.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! This has been my home away from home while working, my oasis, the place where I felt like a queen in my beautiful, immaculate castle!!!!! Miss Haley has been the best, most super helpful in every way!!!! They have special events, trivia contests with prizes, a beautiful pool, fitness center, safe quiet community, and everyone is so super friendly!!!! Any little maintenance issue that needed to be fixed was super easy to put in a maintenance requests for and quickly fixed!!! I am going to miss this place and the people immensely when I go back home to North Alabama, but I am so thankful I had the opportunity to experience this beautiful apartment home in this wonderful city of Fairhope!!!!!❤

I moved from Birmingham to Fairhope for a job and came upon these apartments. All I can say is that Haley worked HARD for me to get this place and I can not thank her enough. I was given nine days to relocate my entire family and she made the transition smooth as possible. I love it here!!!!!

We have been here for three months and we love our new area. It is safe, quiet, clean, very well kept, friendly neighbors and the staff is quite accommodating. All needs are met quickly. It is so nice to have an apartment ‘home’ with our own garage and all the amenities one could wish for. It is perfect for us.

We enjoyed our time at Palladian. The manager Haley was an effective communicator and always quick to respond if we had any issues. Highly recommended for short term or long term rental!

Very nice and quiet place to live or transition to the area. Grounds are kept up very nicely and regularly. Friendly people and staff. Haley has done a great job since arriving at the Palladian Fairhope. If we were to need housing again temporarily, we will look at this place again for sure.

I love living at the Palladian in Fairhope now. The current property manager is excellent and works hard at meeting the needs of the residents. This is a small, quiet community with very nice residents.

WARNING. This place is a trap. There is no way to leave without getting sued or placed into collections after you leave. Even if they are at fault. They have a professional legal team, that has invested interest in the place, to ensure you do not walk out without paying a ridiculous amount of money. They rented my family a unit that had know air conditioning issues, and when asked to fix it, repeatedly they did not. My home maininted a temperature over 82 degrees all summer before we had enough and left. The tenant who lived there before we did stop by one day to warn us in person, and to no avail she was absolutely correct. Hayley, the apartment representative on property will smile in your face, and screw you over at the same time. Profession thief. Renter beware.

Have only visited family here, but the property is nicer than most other rental facilities.
