Family owned and by far one of the cleanest salon that I had ever been to. Ive gone to a lot of salons in the area and this one is by far the cleanest as theres not that overwhelming smell of acrylics that you would normally get with other places. I was relaxed from the moment that I stepped foot in the door. They had soft piano music that really set the mood of the place. Its definitely more on the high-end salon scale. I would definitely recommend this place!

Best nail salon in the area, hands down! It’s instantly relaxing as soon as you walk in, very clean, and tools are always cleaned and sanitized before use. They’re constantly keeping up to date on the most recent trends and always do an amazing job. If you’re looking for the best and most relaxing pedicure, try the herbal pedicure - you won’t be disappointed! I would recommend this nail salon over any other one in the area - Christina & Jenny are the best!

I have been going to Optimal Serenity since they’ve opened. I used to go and see the owner and her daughter all the time before I moved to NYC. I recently just came back and impressed that the salon is still just as immaculate as when they had first opened.I would recommend making an appointment because they are normally pretty booked. I was a walk in the other day and had to wait a little bit but they told me the time frame ahead of time, which I appreciate.

This nail salon is great! Everyone is so friendly and I’ve always had excellent service, no matter who it is. Just be aware, they are busy on Saturdays and typically only have three people working. Even with an appointment, you may need to wait, but it is well worth it. I’ve never been on a week day. Definitely recommend. Great service with reasonable prices.

I went there last Saturday for the first time and have found the permanent place to have my nails done. Christina was my technician and she did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional. The Salon was clean easy to find.

Do NOT go here! I don’t normally leave reviews but I hope this helps someone become more aware before coming here. I went in for a basic pedicure. Expected to pay about $25, a normal price. It is definitely not what I received. I went and the girl cut my nails way too short. She looked to be in her later 30s, maybe early 40s, skinny, not the owner though. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. Ended up paying $40, and now because she cut my nails too short, I have 2 nails that are infected and now must be treated. They clearly do not sanitize their tools.I went here for the first couple of times and was pleased but this place will NOT be getting my business again! It happened to me and it can happen to you too!

Not clean, terrible service. Go to Chloe across the street. I was a walk-in (called ahead and they said that there was no wait) - I arrive, and someone called hello from around the corner - I walk around and have to repeat what I need 2x (once to the greeter (who was helping another customer) and then again to the free person. He asked me to sit. I did so, then he asked me what color I wanted, then he led me to the wall of colors (not a ton of light in there to see much). I select a color, and then return to the seat. It was then when I noticed pieces of other peoples nails on the towel/tools that he was about to use. I asked if it was clean, he said yes, I pointed to the towel, and he explained its only the towel. He replaced it with an equally dingy-looking towel and I asked if the tools were clean - i.e. this was me asking him to grab a new set - he said they were clean, I said I was leaving.

Oh my! Such a great place. First off there was Cristina who was very sweet and made my first experience a joy. The ambiance and cleanliness is outstanding. A very special place to treat myself when I need it and I will be gifting my peeps with certificates for their special days as well.

Went here for the first time, what an experience. Amazing work, so professional, clean, and super friendly! Made my artificial nails look natural!

The guy drilled way too far on my cuticles, making 7/10 fingers bleed, turn red and swell. I have blood stuck in the bottom of the dip color on each thumb that wont come off till I can get another one. Obviously wont be here and I have to wait for my fingers to heal. Ive never been in pain after a manicure until today. Applied antibiotic ointment when I got home to avoid infection

This salon is family run, with a calming, relaxing atmosphere, friendly professional staff who’s meticulous with their work in creating perfect nails. I am amazed each and every visit, weather it be Shellac or a French manicure. They also have an unlimited assortment of colors, whatever your little heart desires! I get compliments everywhere I go. Sometimes I just feel like getting pampered on the spur of the moment, and they kindly welcome me as a walk-in. I give 5 Stars to this awesome hidden gem in Fairhaven next to Brahmin Handbag Outlet. Always a pleasurable experience!

Nice salon, they do a great job. But way over priced. Was charged 50$ for my 9 yr old to get a dip powder on her nails. Spoke to a few people and was told I was major overcharged, majority people I spoke to spent no more then $35 at other salons with the ombre done. None the less I will not be going back just because of the price.

I absolutely love this nail spa. Extremely clean. All tools they use, they open from sanitary packaging which is huge! All staff are friendly, nice, and do my hands and feet exactly how I like. Also - a huge selection of pedicures. Would highly recommend the Jelly pedicure (one of the coolest things ever to be experienced at a nail spa). I live in fairhaven and cant believe I ever wasted my time going back and forth to dartmouth! Christina is amazing. Highly recommended to anyone in the area looking on a great reliable nail spot!

Decided to try this nail salon when another was too busy...took an hour and a half to have my powder manicure removed and a regular polish manicure done by Jenny. One of my nails has bubbles all over it and another corner of my nail is missing polish. Unfortunately I wont be back again.
