I used Merry Maid for a whole house cleaning prior to moving in - all surfaces, shelving, inside cabinets etc. Customer service is great, cleaning crew was prompt and friendly. Surfaces at first glance are fine, but as I start unpacking and placing dishes and such inside cabinets and drawers I see crumbs, sugar, and sticky spots. Clearly was not touched. Unfortunately cannot recommend this service and am left disappointed that I now need to re-clean the house before unpacking

The Merry Maids crew was incredible, they literally cleaned from the crown molding down to the floors and everywhere in between. They brought all of their own materials and were so nice and professional. I would highly recommend them especially for a move-in clean which was what I had done.

The team did a great job. The house was cleaned nicely, the fridge and oven are spotless. Only complaint I would have is I wish the kitchen counter was wiped down a little more thoroughly, I could feel some grit when I wiped my hand over it. Looking forward to having them come back again.

They were very nice and did an excellent job cleaning! Very thorough, house feels spotless.

Did a good job, left the place clean, but threw out my waffle iron and clothing rolling rack for some reason. When I went back to retrieve the items they were gone. I asked that they not clean inside the cabinets as I had items in there I needed to retrieve later, but everything was thrown away. Place was clean, staff was very kind, but did not follow directions.

The office made sure everything went smoothly. Very good communication. I sent photos of some items that needed extra care and they briefed the worker so she knew what to pay special attention to. The tenant living in the house had neglected it and Digma cleaned well and brought it back to life.

I picked Standard clean but I have two dogs and had a medical issue recently that created more trash and meant that Professionalism was a necessity! To be able to think quickly, not lose important information on receipts etc...while also getting rid of trash, have it become clean and clear was exactly what I needed. Now in the future, the have shown me how my apartment should be so in the future when they come it will be a little easier for them as I know where they will put things, how they clean and I can go by their system.I am extremely happy with the job they did this week. I feel as if I can trust the team that does my apartment the same way as someone referred by a friend or family.My small carpet far exceeded my expectations. The sliding door opens up right onto a backyard that is in back of an apartment complex and is not maintained as well as the frontyard. I have Two dogs, they go in and out the sliding door with me after walks and track in dirt. I walked in after they were done cleaning the carpet looked almost as good as the the night I was showed the apartment!I don’t want to lose the people that work on my place by mentioning their names specifically, but will say that Merrymaids is a service I have used throughout the years on both coasts, feel very comfortable recommending the service and believe they just improve with time.

There is a film on the tile floor. Not sure why but needs to be cleaned with something that is not soapy or oily...maybe just bleach?

We had Merry Maids coming for awhile, when I was unhappy about some of the cleanings and hesitant to call but did, I found them very receptive and helpful. Not only did she ask me for specifics, she also reassured me that they would take care of it. This last cleaning was exactly what I wanted. I am glad I called before I decided to drop the services. BE WARNED - READ THE FINE PRINT AND DO THE MATH on your first estimate. The format of the estimate and content of the in-house conversation with the owner hides the fact that they plan to charge you MORE THAN DOUBLE for the first cleaning. My regular cleaning was fixed at $175, but for the first cleaning they charged me $510!!!! Of course this jaw-dropping $ amount appears nowhere on the statement. This equals $64 per worker per hour, much more than the regular cleaning price.

I would never, ever recommend your company, ever. $441 to clean one floor of a home (4 rooms ~ think about it), its disgusting and greedy and your services were not worth it.Hence why I was so skeptical as you wanted a commitment before rendering any services which should have be much less of a cost to begin with ~ thats how you keep customers.You were shady in your pricing methods, period.

I have always had good experiences with Paula and the workers over the past 2-3years. However, today, Paul the franchise owner was rude, dismissive, and aggressive when he came to “fix” a toilet that was working before the workers came but not after. I have never met nor talked with him until today so this was my first and only (I hope) experience with him. He seemed to have had no interest in finding out what happened but only in blaming the customer. I feel he never would have treated a man like he treated me, an older woman. It became so uncomfortable that I asked him to leave as I was home alone. I called the national office in Memphis and am awaiting the regional manager’s response. Will post an update.

Had my first experience with Merry Maids yesterday, despite some communication hiccups with the office staff, things worked out at the end. The two ladies Anna and Stephanie knew really give me top to bottom clean. Cant wait for their next visit.

Lack of general basic cleaning that was supposed to be each time. Quality of cleaning was poor.

They did not deliver what i expected.They were also 30 minutes late
