I am so pleased with my experience at Dr. Gould’s office. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. I have been receiving laser hair removal for a few months and my results are AMAZING. I would recommend this office to anyone struggling with hair in unwanted areas! Nilceia (the laser technician) is so sweet along with the rest of the staff. Can’t thank them enough!

I went to Dr. Gould for under eye filler’s, top lip fillers for lip and Hansmann, and Botox on December 15th 2020. I had all three procedures done and the evening I got home thank you, my lip and above my lip almost to my nose was bruised, purple and blue and swollen. I began to look on the Internet to see if that was typical. I did not believe it was as there are many of my friends that get lip fillers regularly. There was nothing as bad as my bruising so I called Dr. Office to have them look at it. They tried to help the bruising by Using some hot laser above my lap and then they also used it where there was bruising under my eye. The under eye Bruising was not bad at all. They assured me that would help. When I got home that night, the bruise that was small under Mayeye had become bigger and darker. It did nothing for my upper lip. I tried that procedure one more time and nothing. I drove one hour round-trip each time and sat for 25 minutes in the waiting room and then 15 minutes for the procedure. I felt very inconvenienced after spending $2200 and having these results. To top the whole thing off, once the bruising went away after a month or so there was no enhanced top lip, one hi is overfilled and the other eye is under filled. With the Botox, my eyebrows and eyelids dropped tremendously and the bridge of my nose widened between my eyes all due to lousy injection of Botox. I went and saw another injector/dermatologist who does The same procedures regularly. When I showed them the photos of my bruising, her words were that she just got chills. She then followed it up by saying she’s never seen that kind of bruising and that I should go and ask for my money back just on the bruising alone. I also went to another injector for another opinion and they told me that they knew of Dr. Gould and told me with certainty that she is not an injector. Interestingly enough, it now looks like she’s in the process of advertising to hire an injector. In any case, I emailed them and asked for my money back. They did not give me all my money back but told me that they were going to give me back $1100. We continued emailing and then I asked when I might expect the payment/refund. At that point, the manager at the office who had been communicating with me told me that she had now given all of the information to Dr. Gould so it was now out of her hands. I then followed up and asked for Dr. Gould‘s email address and at that point they stopped their communication with me. I never received Dr. Gould‘s email address and never received my refund. I will be taking her to small claims court because I feel that this whole thing is so wrong. By the way, I’ve given her thousands and thousands of dollars over the last year! My daughter went to her before I did so she spent thousands and thousands there as well and I referred by sister probably a month before they screwed up my face. To think that this whole thing could’ve gone away for her if she had just refunded the 1100 that I was promised. I had no choice but to write these reviews. Unbelievable!

Dr. Gould is compassionate, caring, open and honest. She takes her time and explains everything in details. I highly recommend her!

Dr .Gould is great, she is a excellent Doctor, She really cares about her patient’s She always takes the time to explain and talk every thing through which no ones does anymore ! She actually cares about how her patients are doing ! I get hormone pelleted every 3 months and she was basically a lifesaver for me I feel 150% better . I have also used the hair laser treatment and that is also great and helps your from losing your hair. Love the whole practice Brook the office manager is also very helpful and Dr Gould is the best of the best !

The monitoring of Hormone levels, sleep, diet, and exercise are all apart of her care plan and I could not be happier with how I look and feel! The office is relaxing and friendly. Dr. Gould’s suggestions are never pushy or overwhelming and I can honestly say that she overdelivers on all discussed results.

If I could give Dr. Gould 100 stars, I would!! She is absolutely incredible, and you could not pay me to go to anyone else. My skin honestly looks better now at 38 than it did when I was 20, thanks to her. She is an expert & was a surgeon, so Dr. Gould has more medical training & experience than anyone else offering these treatments. Thats one of the reasons I trust her so completely. Dr. Gould is also a perfectionist & she takes all the time you need, including explaining the process or technology involved.Dr. Gould invests in the newest machines and treatments as well. She has SculpSure, CoolSculpting, Profound (skin tightening), BBL lasers, Halo (another amazing laser), Ultherapy, & even the rare Sunetics laser for hair growth (it also thickens hair). She has all the fillers you could possibly need as well: Botox, Bellafill, Juvederm, Radiesse, & many more. Every time I go into her office, she has a new machine or treatment, and then I am forced to save up more money again so I can try it!! =) I have been going to Dr. Gould for years & I am so thankful I found her when I did. You will not be disappointed!!
