If you’re looking for weights and a group exercise room, this is a good place to go. (Planet Fitness definitely has more abs-focused machines and seems to be better-maintained.) Staff here is very friendly. Parking has never been an issue. Music is loud, which helps to drown out periodic grunts

Terrible customer service. I use the Active&Fit subscription through USAA.The front desk personnel didnt acknowledge me when I was standing at the counter. They finished their conversation before saying hello. I told them I needed to set up my account with them and already have through Active&Fit. They told me that the gym is a year old but technically were only 4 months old and weve been waiting two months for our insurance guy to work with Active&Fit. So we have no way to check you in. I asked a few questions like, is there a time frame for when youll be up and running? She repeated her last statement. Okay, can I just work out today? Since I pay $25 for Active&Fit and your gym is on their website. No.The $25 I pay is more than this gym costs. If youre active duty and living in Fairfield avoid this gym. Theyll treat you like trash. I am at InShape and will remain there.Work on your customer service Crunch. Its not that hard.

Great place. The equipment and gym are clean. They pretty much have everything you need (weight and machines). There is no pool or saunas, and the showers are limited. But you get plenty for the low price youre paying.

This gym is a place I’ve been searching for awhile. The people are personable, I feel like I can do whatever I want without judgment. They definitely created a space where I can call home away from home and reach my goals.

Just recently open Brand new equipment Sparkling clean Exceptionally friendly staff. Very covid aware. Everyone is wearing masks and keeps their distance. Members must schedule appointments so the gym doesnt overcrowd. I love this place.

They kept reopening and closing back and fourth which I understand, however, I already cancelled and today all of a sudden they charged me 10.95, for what? I think they’re running out of money. So disappointing! I sent them an email and still haven’t gotten a reply

The best gym and value in Solano county. The staff is kind n always smiling and the Mrg Courtney is the heartbeat.There mission statement No judgements falls short. They do judgd in the affirmative you can do it. The kids in the gym motivate the older crown with joyous interaction and instruction. Amazing environment. State of the art equipment and the stationare bikes have arrived with classed coming back.Get in there and it going. You will see the benefits immediately and have a blast in the process

Gym says it’s open until 7pm but it closed at 5pm? Why does it say it’s open on Google Maps? Why is the phone recording saying all gyms in California are closed due to big Gov Newsum? Update the recording already.

So for Corona virus precautions they make you reserve a 55 minute time slot. Theres 47 or so slots open let hour and if you cant make the slot you reserved they charge you a small fee. That would all be a-okay BUT, you do what youre supposed to do and youre in the gym and theres 80 people working out. So they let everybody in and basically theyre just using this as a way to shake money out of your pockets if you happen to miss your time slot. Stood around for 20 minutes and went home. You best believe Im posting a 1 star rating. Bad business

Best Gym in Northern California. Hands down. Ive tried 24 Hour, Planet Fitness, In-Shape, Anytime Fitness, Crunch is my favorite. Its a no judgment zone so no one has to worry if someone else is lifting 300+ pounds and the other one is lifting 20 pounds. Everyone goes in there to workout and mind their own business and very friendly staff members.

Great environment. Friendly and motivating staff coaches/instructors. Plenty of equipment to use at the busiest hours.

Low price and clean, but its a bit too small for the number of members they have. I go as soon as they open (5am) and its crowded and hard to get on the weight equipment I want as early as 5:30am I think they could mitigate this issue in the short term by opening earlier. Having said that, if you are there for cardio then the situation might be better for you as they seem to have a decent number of various kinds of cardio equipment. I only go in the early morning so I cant speak to crowd situation for the rest of the day.

This place is awesome. Huge selection of equipment and friendly staff. Highly reccomend!

Id like to give a shout out to the Staff and members for cleaning the equipment after using it. The club has numerous stations with paper towels and sanitizers and almost everyone is following proper etiquette.
