I went there on Christmas Day for a drop in. Everyone were super friendly and cool. We had a 12day a of Christmas workout( which I loved it). I really appreciate all athletes and coach from Solano CF for potluck after the workout. They invited me and I had some food with them as well.

My husband and I stayed in the area for a fortnight, and CF Solano was our vacation gym, we joined in on the morning classes which was super convenient and nice. Classes have a very good structure, so you get to work in the hour! Thanks for having us Lo!

Just started going here a couple of days ago. I have only positive things to say about the people and trainers here. I would very much recommend this box to anyone looking for a good place to train.

This is by far the best CrossFit gym in Solano County. The owners actually take time with you help you with the move show you the moves. Its definitely a no judgement gym everybody there of all different abilities sizes and backgrounds.

This box has a great staff that is excited to teach. They make sure your doing everything correctly. Great people all around.

Best place to work out. Nice trainer and nice peoples. Good choice to beginner and expert both.
