BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT HONOR WHAT THEY QUOTE YOU!I hired window genie to clean all of my outside/inside windows. They pulled up our house online did their bid, and I asked if that was for all of the windows/doors and if they saw the ones on the basement level. They told me it was for just the main floor only that they had not seen the ones on the basement so I told them how many and the sizes and she adjusted the quote. Once arriving and starting 1/3rd of the outside windows I received a call stating that it would be more money. Then they decided to pass the buck on to me as if I counted how many windows my whole entire house had. And this is now my fault, when I never counted a single window on the main floor nor was I asked to. So they are now leaving with only doing 1/3rd of the outside windows due to not honoring their own quote. I would have happily paid what we were quoted and then next time paid the adjustments.I am in the service industry, if I made a quote, I would honor it regardless. And I would let them know that I messed up the quote (not them) and the next time it would be this price. I am appalled that a company being this big would pull a stunt such as this.The gentleman who came to clean the windows was very thorough with what he was aloud by the company to clean and carried himself well.

Our window cleaner, Tyler, was a model of skill, friendliness, and professionalism. We had a full cleaning inside and out, and he immediately spotted that several screens had been put in backwards. He fixed that, and gave us a choice of whether to work outside or inside first, and which rooms to do indoors, and in what order. He masked when indoors, as we requested. He was a delight to work with. I told him I would tell the office to give him stock in the company...he was that good.

From the point that I contacted this company through the completion of the work, everything was absolutely professionally handled. Drew did a great job on the gutter clean out and was very conscientious about working around our home. I will use this company many times in the future!

Ive used Window Genie in the past with satisfactory results. Although the price keeps increasing, I decided to try them again. They worked to fit me into their schedule prior to a party I was hosting, which was most appreciated. An issue I have is that they no longer wash the exterior windows with a squeegee and cloth. They used a spray that is supposed to clean the windows and dry streak-free. There were many streaks and water trails/spots plus several places that didnt look like they were touched at all. My windows look better than they did before the cleaning but definitely not as good as they have in the past. Ill probably check around before scheduling my next cleaning.EDIT: After my review, I was contacted by Window Genie. They came back two days later and resolved all the issues that I had with streaking and spots. I appreciate the customer service and that they honored their guarantee!

UPDATE: I stand corrected, they DO go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. The folks at this company reached out immediately and worked to resolve my issue. It turns out they mixed up my residential address with my rental property. My rental property has box-gutters and thats why they were initially confused about what they were and werent able to do. Bottom line, they resolved my issue with the downspouts and made sure everything was cleaned out properly. They listened to me, identified the issue and worked to resolve it to my satisfaction. I think thats probably the best compliment a business can get; they were willing to make things right. Based on the outcome, I would have no hesitation recommending them. Trust is something that is built over time and through difficult circumstances (sometimes)...I trust this company to work on my house.Original:They came out and cleaned my gutters. The guy who did the work mentioned that the downspout was clogged but that it should clear out with the next heavy rain and to call & they would come out to clear it if it did not get flushed out on its own. I called and was told they dont clean out downspouts. I feel like that would have been something I factored into my decision to use these folks. Based on my experience I cannot recommend them; they dont go the extra mile. Your mileage may vary.

I am very happy with the window cleaning. I have so many windows that I just do not have the time and even if I did, I doubt I could get them to sparkle the way these guys did. I dont think they have been this clean ever!! They also did my skylights. This was quite a task because to clean them, they had to go on my roof. For the first time in 10 yrs, I can see a clear view of the sky! I am over the moon happy! I will be recommending Window Genie to my neighbors and friends.

I just would like to express my gratitude for a job well done. I have old storm windows and I really didnt think that much could be done to make them look good, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! They guys worked really hard and did such a good job on these old windows. I couldnt afford to replace the windows, but the cleaning cost was affordable and well worth the money. The office staff was friendly and accommodating and the guys that came to do the work were fast, professional and did a beautiful job on my very dirty windows. When they cleaned my gutters, they took pictures of the before and after so I could see the work was done. Total con job! I told them what my problem was and they can out, did nothing, and charged me $229! And my gutters are still overflowing! Claimed they had a guarentee! Yeah guarenteed to rip you off!

I had used this service in the past and they did a very good job. However, I recently had a partial gutter cleaning done and assumed it would be approximately the same price as in the past. I found out that the franchise was recently purchased and my bill was 50% higher than last time!. I feel like I’ve been ripped off and I will never use them again.

I asked Window Genie to clean windows of my vacant home before I put it on the market to sell. I was not able to be there the day we scheduled, however they came over, let themselves in and did an excellent job. Window Genie was efficient, arrived when they said they would and the charges did not exceed what I was quoted. I also like the fact that I could schedule them either thru email/website or over the phone. Will use them again at my new house.

Highly recommend these guys. Year and after year, my windows get dirtier and dirtier. I always tell myself that I will clean them and that Id never hire someone else to do it. However, this year I gave it a try and called Window Genie. I was so impressed with Petes (the owner) knowledge and passion for his business. This company did a great job cleaning the gutters, downspouts and concrete driveway, porch, walkways and patio. The shaded areas for some of the gutters and some concrete were badly in need of cleaning and they look so fresh and clean now. Pete was responsive to my phone call and emails, provided a quote promptly, and easily scheduled a time. The work crew was professional, on time and knowledgeable.

I have had Window Genie clean my rain gutters the past several years. They always arrive when they schedule the service and if there are weather conditions that preclude doing the work they make contact to coordinate a mutually agreed date and time. 5 star company!

I was thrilled with my cleaning until a few weeks later when we had rain and I had water pouring from my gutter above my garage. Because I just had the gutters cleaned, I contacted them and they came back out. They pulled two very old, black tennis balls that that had failed to remove in the initial cleaning. They then sent me ANOTHER bill for doing so. When I contacted the owner, I was met with someone that failed to support good customer service and has continued to contact me to pay a bill that I feel is unjust.

Very disappointing experience! If you have a micro fiber towel and Sprayway Glass Cleaner, you are better off doing it yourself. This company came highly recommended, but based on my experience of trying to get a quote, I should have seen the red flags. I had to call back four times before I saw a quote. At one point I was told they emailed a quote, only later to have them admit, they couldnt find my address online and didnt send one. The person scheduled to clean showed up an hour and half after he was supposed to arrive and first thing, asked if I wanted to cancel. Should have cancelled. He did not take his shoes off in the house or wear covers. He left dirty rags around the house and used our hoses outside, but did not put anything back before he left. Some windows were cleaned with a rag that had gotten too dirty, so we had windows looking worse than before we had them cleaned. He closed all the blinds after cleaning, which I thought was odd, because they were open when he arrived. I figured it made it easier to clean the outside if they didnt reflect. I expected that they would get up on ladders to do the second story windows; not reach as far as the could with their arm from the inside (because I can do that!). But he said he was done and needed to be paid. I had to go to each with and open it up to see if they were clean. After having him redo four or five windows and not seeing an improvement, I hesitantly paid and decided I would call the owner to have them send someone new. Big mistake. I should not have paid. The girl who answers the phone was shocked with my review and said she or the owner would be out that night to look at them. No one ever came. After multiple phone calls and threatening to cancel our payment, the owner finally called. He sent another guy out to clean the windows again. This time it was done better. But at this point, I will never use Window Genie again. Big waste of time and money.

We thought of pressure washing them ourselves, but then found Window Genie of West Chester - boy, are we glad we did! Pete came on Friday to give us an estimate, told us of the military discount, and said hed be out on Monday before the realtor since we were having the house listed on Monday afternoon! He just now finished up with everything - only took him less than 2 hours - and it all looks great. Received and approved the quote on July 19th for a July 30th gutter cleaning. The quote was for a 3 story house. The workers showed up on time on the 30th but brought a ladder that was not tall enough to safely work on the gutters. They told me someone from the office would call me that day or the next to reschedule. I never received a call and had to call the 2 days after the scheduled cleaning. I explained to the lady what happened and she said the workers left a note about an appropriate ladder for the job. She said she had to check the schedule and would call me back within 30 min with a new appointment. I waited 2 days for the call, then decided to follow up today. I explained everything to the lady on the phone again she then told me there next available appointment was almost 2 weeks away. I reminded her that I was supposed to get this done last week and they failed to bring a long enough ladder to complete the job and that I needed something within the next 5 days. She was unable to accommodate the request.This company could have done a better job accommodating me since they were the ones who showed up with the wrong tools for the job. I feel my job should have been made a priority instead of placed at the end of the pile.

These guys are the real deal. They do a good job for a fair price and add helpful tips when appropriate. I am bringing them back next year.

Professional! I found Window Genie from an article in the local paper almost two years ago. I liked that the owner was local and a USMC veteran. I had them to my primary home in West Chester a year ago prior to selling and when it came time to sell the rental property, Window Genie was my first call. I want to give a shout out to the technician who came out for service on June 7, but I am sorry that I forgot to write down his name. He was professional, knew exactly what needed to be done and simply got to work and got the nasty job done. I love their tag line we professionally clean the windows, leaving behind nothing but sparkling glass - Mission Accomplished, so well that my contractor took some business cards to pass the word along. You got dirty windows, Window Genie will make them sparkle. And they do a lot more dirty jobs too.
