Great staff. They have what I need. They also are very knowledgeable about construction. I’ve called a few times to explain what I was doing and the staff would either recommend something they had or if they didn’t have a solution; send me in the right direction to find what I needed. I’ve had a good experiences with them.

I call reserve a trailer tell them what Im towing and what Im towing with get an ok. No notes nothing on their computer they deny the rental saying its not a 3/4 ton truck when the truck that was brought has a towing capacity over 30% over the weight of both the trailer and vehicle being towed..The irony in all this is waiting on hold their recording that loops states big enough to accommodate small enough to listen and make it happen something along those lines... welp that is inaccurate ALL STAR RENTS you didnt make it happen. Unfortunately there isnt a zero star rating.I will never give you money again. I will never recommend you. Clearly incompetent people that work here.

The Fairfield All-Star was very nice to work. They delivered the forklift on time and removed it in a timely fashion. It was 2 days before Christmas and a slight emergency. Forklift still had it user manual it was clean and ready to work.

Good propane fill for an rv. Safety conscious as everyone had to be out of the vehicle including pets. Very couteous. Easy and quick visit too.

Great customer service here. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful, informative, and fair. Recently rented a lift to paint vaulted ceilings. Just make sure the doorway is tall enough and there are no stairs if renting one of these, as they are very heavy.

I rented an endoscope with a locator they guaranteed me that everything worked and when I got to the job site the locator didnt work I will never I repeat never rent from them again and I suggest that nobody else does either

Id use them again, just make sure that they service and check whatever machine you rent before you take it. Rented a trencher and it needed a valve adjustment. Just about ripped my arm off starting it. The 16 inch stihl was great tho.

I rented a 90lb jackhammer that stopped working after about an hour (a Makita). Called in and took it back for an exchange and got a Hilti. After finishing up with this superior tool, I went back to settle up. Without asking, there was a very generous adjustment to the rental fee, and I left with a smile on my face.

This place is cooler then a Summer Breeze. First of all the people are cool and down-to-earth and really make sure you get what you need. They will show you how to use or operate the equipment you get even if you do not have any experience on using it making you a pro I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service. Didnt have the size unit i called about ready when i got there but upgraded me for the same price. Would of gave 5 stars but the in the yard that hooked the trailer up to my truck forgot to put safty clip on the pin for the receiver. Couldnt believe i made it about 60 miles without the trailer coming off the truck.

I asked at the time of my rental to rent a bull float and Fresno for concrete work that was to be done I was told there was no equipment in your back Room I can not understand how this is possible but the fact of the matter is that the job came out messed up because I dont have the equipment to you guys were supposed to have had to rent to me and now I lost 3 of 4 jobs on account of this I wont be coming back you guys take care and good bye

Pricing makes no sense... $120.00 for 24 hrs, but $90.00 for 4 hrs... Otherwise nice staff, helpful...

I went in to rent a 5 horsepower tiller with my friend and the blonde guy behind the counter said they are all out for the day but they have a more expensive 8 horsepower for right now or a 5 horse at 1130.It was about 10 so my friend asks, 1130 today or 1130 tomorrow?He says 1130 tomorrow.Friend says okay see you at 1130 tomorrow.He says okay see you then.1130 the next day I am there for pick up for an 1130 tiller and give the guy my name.he cant find my name but then says there is a tiller for lynn at 1130 which is the name of the friend that came to the store with me yesterday.so i figure they put it under his name thus confirming FOR SURE they had this rental in their system at 1130.The guy has me pay FIRST and then says there arent any 5 horse tillers!Dissapointed, i get an idea and i ask if he has the 8 horse and he does.Great solution. So I think he is getting the tiller ready but he is actually up charging me for the 8 horse!I tell him no you scheduled me for 1130 and then did not have the equipment you promised to be ready so you should substitute me the 8 horse.He says rudely NO, yesterday I told you that if it is back I can rent it to you.I tell him you have it in the system and you said 1130 it would be ready.I remember what i said, if it is ready i will have it you at 1130!Now that made me furious because he is lying to me. What he is saying doesn’t even make sense. As seen earlier in the review we confirmed 1130 multiple times. He didn’t say call to see if it was ready, just see you at 1130. Eventually just canceled the order and walked out.Morale of the story:Dont trust the time they give you as truth because the blonde guy is not honest. Dont expect excellent customer service because they will not accommodate you if they mess up their times.If you need a rental, especially in a crunch, the Fairfield location I went to is not reliable enough to consider. You are better off renting elsewhere.
