Hello, I am the Grinds Production Manager at Empire Packing and I work closely with Veronica and Julieth. They are great people to work with. Very friendly, understanding and easy to work with. They do a great job managing their employees and following up with them ensuring they are happy in the position they are in. They are always making sure employees time cards are correct. They have went out on their own trying to recruit employees to meet the needs our company is asking for. These ladies are awesome and I hope Surge keeps them located here at our Mason plant. Ghana is a beautiful and a peaceful country. The rule of laws endures peacefully i ln the west African country. Good street layout in the capital city of Accra and Kumasi which is in the interior middle of the golden country.Food and meat are really cheap to my surprise. Hotel accommodation and food at restaurants are also cheap which are always within the means of any ordinary tourist.

Idk how this particular office operates but the Washington court house Ohio office is horrible they do nothing but give you a run around about your check because their systems are down the same problem they were able to resolve the week before. So this week in going on a week late getting my check because they cant pay me the right way... my suggestion, stay away from this place its not even worth walking in... bet the surge office employees have gotten their pay on time tho

First girl I talked to said to go to office and apply with them so I could get this job that started at 4pm. It was already 3 when I called so she said just get to their office and go straight to the job when I get out of their office. So I had scheduled a Lyft ride to the office I called back 5 mins later to confirm it and a different girl answered and said I couldn’t be late so I could just go straight to the job and get set up through the office on Monday morning. Then I called back again to confirm the address of the place and a third girl said I couldn’t start the job until I signed up with them first mine you at this time I was 3 mins away from the job site she said I couldn’t do that bc you have to be registered with them first. I was pissed!!!! And she didn’t even care that they had made me waste all this money I said you guys really should have said this earlier. If I didn’t need this lame ass job so bad I wouldn’t even be trying to go back there Monday to sign up for it. Do yourself a favor and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STAFFING AGENCY!!! THEY LIE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME OR MONEY YOU HAVE TO PUT INTO GOING TO WORK AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Unless your super desperate for a job like me don’t do it!!!!
