I had been thinking about signing up with the Neptune Society of Northern California for quite awhile, but kept putting it off. I finally called the number on a mailer I received and spoke with an awesome guy…Dana. He explained in detail how their services work and laid out the various prices. I wanted to keep mine as simple and low cost as possible, I was able to do that with ease and signed up for a monthly payment plan. My parents had both signed up with the Neptune Society years ago and I knew it was the best! It makes me happy to know that my kids won’t have to deal with details or financial responsibilities.

Very caring and professional. Communication was excellent. After dealing with Neptune in the care of both parents my husband and I enrolled for the prepaid plan to make it easy for our children when we pass.

Dana was a very helpful, no pressure kind of guy. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made it easy for me. I will let my friends know how easy the process was for me, especially the ones with children who might disagree with each other and end up fighting about what their mom or dad would want.

Before my mother passed, we use Neptune Society for my dad’s passing too .During that difficult time the staff was so wonderful and caring .It was comforting knowing they truly understand the circumstances and treated it very professional . My husband died unexpectedly while we were on a holiday cruise to Cuba. Needless to say, repatriating my husband when he died in a hospital in Cuba was a nightmare. We had previously made arrangements with Neptune and I have to say that they were there for me every step of the way. Nothing went smoothly or according to plan when working with Cuba, yet Amanda worked with the Embassy and with the cruise line to lighten the load this event caused. Amanda was professional, caring (without being over the top) and most of all efficient in dealing with the many problems that arose in the transfer which included being given wrong flight information and the body arriving without documents. Frankly, I dont know how I would have gotten through the last 4 weeks without Neptune in general and Amanda specifically. Dealing with loosing a loved one is tough. You couldnt do better than choosing Neptune Fairfield to help you with the process.

Under the circumstances, I could not be more pleased with the Services at Neptune Society of Northern California - Fairfield. Amanda went above and beyond to help me in an awful time when my mom passed away. I highly recommend them!
