Charlie is a fixture in Fairfield for 15 years and can do anything...and everything honestlyI don’t understand the bottom review, Charlie’s been in the same building forever so I’m sure the person who wrote it is talking about a different place?Highly recommended!!!

This computer service company runs a sketchy operation. No actual physical store location exists. Address listed for this business is incorrect. Called phone number listed several times but only received a referral to a Mac repair guy. He was very challenging to meet up with on the Fairfield Square and, when I did connect with him, he gave conflicting information about what was wrong with my Mac laptop. When I asked why there wasnt a physical store location, he became quickly irritated and refuse to work any further on my laptop!! Not happy with his lack of professionalism!!

It looks like the review complaining about Charlie (per the reviewer) was meant for the referred mac specialist not Nelson Computer. I’ve been working with them since 2015 and have nothing but amazing things to say (he’s been in the same building on Burlington ave for 14 years) so I’m sure the bad review is for a referral that didn’t work out as she is talking about some place that doesn’t have a physical location...
