Terrible service. Why would you pay more for G-Suite through a reseller when they are going to charge you for any support related issue?! Finally asked them to transfer my account directly to Google and Google resolved my problem in 30 minutes! Dont make the mistake by using their overcharged, unreliable, slow, service.
