Preston Floor Company refinished our hardwood floors a year ago. They did an awesome job and were on time and did what they said they would do! I was vey pleased with the work Preston Floor Care did at our almost 100 year old home. The original vertical pine floors came out simply spectacular, the Dark Walnut stain brought out every grain in that vintage wood and our floors shine! The poly they use to seal it doe NOT have a strong odor which was one of my biggest concerns. It dissipates after a few days, especially with some ventilation. They were on time, very respectful and CLEANED UP after their work! Great company to work with on your floors, I highly recommend them.

Willis was very professional and worked around my schedule to come give an estimate. His timelines were spot on. The crew was in and out in about 4 days and they did 1200sqft and some stair treads and they turned out great. Only 1 blemish and he had someone come out and fix ASAP. Would definitely recommend. Great customer service and product.

Didnt have the best experience with Preston. I had a cleaning scheduled for this morning at 8am, they were supposed to call me a half hour out to let me know they were on the way. They didnt pick up the phone or call me back and now its been 4 hours later.
