We had the carpets in our new home cleaned before moving in. The sellers had a cat, and had done pretty well in cleaning up after it, as there wasnt any odor. But the professional cleaning Lavsecco gave shows the huge difference between household carpet cleaning and professional carpet cleaning. The combing/vacuuming before the cleaning almost filled the canister with dust, dirt, hair, and cat fur/dander! They treated the urine spots that were invisible to the naked eye. The carpets look as close to new as I could imagine. You definitely get top-quality service from Lavsecco!

Anderson is a great cleaner. He was on time, honest and professional. He cleaned one room of carpet for us. He worked fast since the area is small, but he went through the entire cleaning process. The carpets were dry to the touch within 2 hours and fully dry by the evening and the cleaner he used smelled amazing. He also threw in a bottle of upholstery cleaner for our couches. Thanks!!

I can not say enough about how awesome this Company is. I was pet sitting last week for my friends puppy that was sick and had the runs. Unfortunately that left me with several bad stains along with a horrible smell that I could not get out with house hold items. I actually googled what was best to get out stain and smell. I was able to get the stain to look better but still didn’t look good. The smell actually got worse each day. I knew I had to call a professional to draw the stain/smell out from under the carpet. The dog went home yesterday so the first thing this morning I read several reviews to find the best person to call. I hit the JACK POT!!! Not only was a lucky his first appointment was 1 town over but he had a small window of time to stop to by look at the carpet. The owner of the company “Anderson “ this morning came to access the area. I was so impressed because he had a special light to shine on the rug to see where any place that cat/dog peed or pooped. He actually made the time do it this morning. I was so happy Anderson fit me in as I could not take that smell another day. Very friendly, professional, very customer friendly, and really showed that doing his best was important to him.Any Carpet or tile issues I have in the future I will ABSOLUTELY use Anderson again. Anderson of Lavsecco LLC was professional, friendly and did a thorough job cleaning the carpets in the home we just moved into. I would gladly have them come back for dither services and will absolutely recommend them friends, family and strangers! Anderson wore a mask and gloves the whole time and made me feel very comfortable with Covid precautions. He even sterilized the carpets for us after seeing I am pregnant! Highly highly recommend!

All our bedroom carpets were just cleaned and look brand new!! We’ve lived in this house for 17 years and have light beige carpets in the bedrooms. I have shampooed many times, and certain stains I thought would never come out, but Lavsecco did it! Including one paint footprint that has been there since the day we moved in! Anderson was great! I was in the middle of a crazy move and realized the new house needed the carpets to be cleaned a.s.a.p. We had our carpets cleaned about 2 weeks ago. It was fast and we are happy with how everything turned out. The carpets dried after a few hours on a nice sunny day and with some help from the floor fans. Our office floor -vynil and tile- was in really bad condition, with many awful stainings, discolored, dull, and dirty (despite trying to use all the cleaning products on market).
