My husband went here for his first hair cut after we move from out of state. Great place! He loved his cut and that says a lot because it’s hard to find someone that does what he wants how he wants it. But thankfully he found it first try here🙌🏻 Bring cash

I moved here from out of state. Since I didnt have a barbershop I used a couple of the XYX Clips chains. I tried Hicks Manor by chance and was totally satisfied. Its a straight up old fashioned barbershop. If thats not your thing maybe look elsewhere. Great cut, nice guys, good price, and old school atmosphere. Everyone chatted back and forth whether they knew each other or not. I highly recommend Hicks Manor. 😊👍

My Brother and I have been Customers here at our local Hicks Manor Barber Shop since Clarence, Elvin, and Mike had us as their once a month Customers 40 years ago. Clarence had retired almost 10 years ago as one of our regular Barbers. Then, Mike had retired almost 10 years ago himself, and no more after his retirement, he had passed away from natural causes. The remaining Barbers left now are Elvin, Clarence younger Brother who is head owner of the Barbershop since his Brothers retirement almost 10 years ago. Then there are Clarence Son, Roger, who Barbers when he is able to. Then there is Ron, who is semi-retired, who Barbers our Hair occasionally when he is on staff which is once or twice every other month. The other three Barbers names are Daniel, who has been with the Barbershop for over 10 years. The other one is Sam, who has been with the Barbershop less than 5 years. And the last new Barber, for the likes of me, he is semi-retired himself, and still right now Im trying to remember his name. Hes you might say a little on the slow side when it comes to getting your haircut, but otherwise, he shows his years of experience from cutting a lot of hair throughout his years as an experienced Barber by the way he cuts your hair. Amen! To this statement, Brother and Sister. Customers names are Monty and Chris.

The best barber experience I have had. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. From the smells of the aftershave and the buzz of the clippers it brings back the memories I have of going to the barber as a lad. Ben cut my hair and gave me a beard trim. He was easy to chat with and had a great attitude. He did a fantastic job. My wife who usually reacts somewhat indifferent to my hair cuts said my hair looked great. I agree. They just found themselves a new regular.

Im not sure if the other reviewers are paid or what but my husband and son got terrible hair cuts!! The website price for a haircut is wrong, a haircut is $13 not $12 and they dont except credit. The men were nice but thats all I can say positive.

UPDATE your space Gents, its 2019. And consider a different waiting area instead of making customers all sit along the wall facing clients getting their hair cut. Make an 8 chair front waiting area/TV lounge. And the wall decorations, Great Pictures but theyre boring, spice up the wall. Just my opinion.GREAT PLACE for just getting your Hair Cut though. Thanks

Straight forward barbershop. The guys that work there do great work and you can’t beat the conversation and prices.

I walked in hoping to get a haircut and shave, ended up with some new kid, I regret both the hair cut and shave. He didnt listen to my initial request and cut some hair too short and it now sticks up on end. When he shaved my face he cut me so many times on my chin. I ended up having to reshave my neck, he only shaved one direction.

I called in advance to see if they did Flat-Tops. I was told of course, and come on in. By the time the barber finished trying to get it level, I was almost bald. Dont go there for a flat-top. Other than that, it might be an OK Place.
