I actually only tapped a on one star because it seems to be the only way of being able to make a comment for this business. I just called to get help in getting a friend bailed out of jail and the man who answered my call was extremely rude from the start. I wasnt even greeted, instead I was asked multiple questions in a rude manner. After stating that my friend was on probation (without knowing why) the man cut off the questioning and bluntly stated I cant help you with that and then the phone was hung up on me. This bail bonds falsely advertises itself and has the worse customer service Ive seen in a long time. Definitely would not recommend this place if your looking to bail out a loved one

I called and spoke with a horrible man. He was extremly unprofessional. He yelled at me and told me he didnt give a shut about these guys. They never have jobs and are nothing but loosers. Without even knowing our situation. Then hung up on me. Extremely disrespectful hateful man.

This was the most pathetic so called bails bondsman. I thought I was being punked...he had me drive from tracy ca to fairfield ca to leave me hanging. He stopped answering his phone, Tom, that is...Dont waste your time. I would rather pay the full bail, then ever call this so called bails bondsman...Sounded more like a scammer, or meth head.
