Long story short: George and AMS were there for us in a desperate pinch, and I remain grateful for that. The unit we rent was clean and well-secured, and convenient. I couldnt ask for an easier business to work with, or a better experience. Worth every penny weve spent (and lets be honest, the rates are really, really good for storage.) You just cant go wrong.

George is amazing! He is extremely nice, helpful, and very accommodating. I had One of my rented Storage Unit burglarized in another Storage Company in Fairfield the reason i decided to find a different one. I found American Mini Storage in Google and thank goodness. They have Video Surveillance too which makes me feel better that my things will be safe, I would highly recommend this place. I will give George a 10 if i can because he is extremely helpful with all my questions and inquiry. Thank you again, George!

Update July 14, 2019. Interesting that the owner, after 2 years, wants to make a nice interpretation of my 4 star review. The comment of the owner is not correct! I gave 4 stars because this storage has no climate control. Also the grid road at the storage gets maintenance, but sometimes to late, which results in holes in the road surface. When I only would look at the service that manager George was giving, I certainly would give 5 stars. He goes over and above to make it easy and comfortable. Very helpful, and I am thankful for that.

George was prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and very informative to our storage needs. The property is very well maintained and our rental experience was handled very promptly and professionally. Moving can be very stressful so the courtesy shown was very much appreciated!

George, the manager, is quite possibly the friendliest person I have ever met. He provided perhaps the best customer service I have ever experienced.
