I had a bad experience with this place. I went in to get my heat checked and when they were done my car started running hot. They put a new thermostat in my car but they put it in upside-down and they didnt even fix the heat

I have been going there for about 2 years and I always get good service. The owners are very nice people.

They are always nice and gets right to the point. In and out within 15mins.

Besides oil change and tires, they do quality mechanic work.

Service is prompt and they always do an efficient job.

They didnt screw the oil plug back in all the way and it drained almost all the oil out while she was driving it. If they dont have better employees than that, they shouldnt touch someones vehicle. Hope this information saves someones vehicle. Have a nice day. Blake Salter

Had my car TOWED there because it wouldnt start!!Knew about the 109 for the diagnostic, never got a call back to tell me what the problem was!!Called to check myself on day 2,Well let you know as soon as we know!!NEVER got a call!!DAY 3, husband and I popped up to find our car READY and waiting!! O.K!!!STILL NO CALL FROM EXPRESS!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! ALTHOUGH I HAVENT EXPERIENCED ANYMORE PROBLEMS WTH THE CAR THE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE!!JUST KEE0 YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED FOR PEACE OF MIND!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION!!

Oil changes are fast. A far as mechanical work, be prepared to pay out the you know what . I was told an AC condenser for my car would cost $276.88. Can get a new one for $61.00-$79.00. You dont want to know the job total & grand total estimate for the repair.

Friendly staff and the young lady was thorough and very helpful. I needed oil change in my husband’s car and I wasn’t sure what kind of oil for his car. She educated me and reassured that they will take great care of us. For that I gave 5 stars!!!

They were fairly quick efficient. The young woman there has a excellent sense for costumer service and attention to detail. The young man also had a good sense for details. Appreciate the service more than I expected.

My experience with this location was great the young lady named Liyah was a great help. Everything that ask she gave me a straight answer and was very help. This is where I’ll be getting my oil change from now on.

My brother went to see why his car was over heating they said thermostat and water pump they fixed that but his car was still over heating they then told him he has creaked heads....in pissed clearly you did not check everything why tell him after spending over 500 bucks its the heads. Of the heads is cracked doing everything else is irrelevant. Oil change is all they good for....

The new people there always say I have a oil leak or slow oil leak when I dont took it to Gardendale express oil they say I didnt. Then will try to say I need new tires when there new.
