Don’t live here not a good place to live. management nor maintenance care about it’s residence. They claim false Lease violations when they don’t uphold their own standards for anything. Broken lights hanging from the ceiling broken railings in the buildings. Dirty hallways that smell really bad most of the time. When you submit a work order it takes them forever to come fix it then claim they never got it which is happened multiple times. Maintenance sits in their golf cart doesn’t do anything most of the time besides talk on the phone play music and hang out with their buddies in the parking lot. There isn’t enough time in the day to put all the negative things about this place. Reconsider before applying to his apartment complex. This place isn’t even worth a one star review.

The landlord for these apartments is so niçe. Plus she take care of what need to be fixed. And the apartments look nice. Clean bug free. And its Authors Court Apartments. I dont know why its saying Camelot East Apartments

Moving here we thought this would be a great neighborhood for us to build a family. After 5 months we have been completely ignored by the maintenance staff even after going through the leasing office to get proper repairs done. Currently its 92° in our apartment and despite the leasing office and the Emergency maintenance contact team reaching out to them to resolve this 3 wk issue the Emergency maintenance staff has refused to contact us or send any type of help for 48 hrs, they have declines all calls and even the Emergency maintenance Phone center has informed us that we need to file a complaint with corporate due to this heat Emergency that has continually been denied. I would never ever suggest any family of color to move here if you want to be properly treated because its not that way at all. Living in Camelot East is like having a nice apartment with Jim Crow Laws. Now we have a leak in the bathroom as well and If you want proper treatment and repairs done to your place Id advise anyone not to move here.

I know one thing I’m not paying a dime of rent and I will be going to escrow if my air isn’t fixed TODAY this is the third time it’s happened and I keep being told to call at 8 am at 9 am tomorrow next week etc and not one person ever shows and they dam sure don’t answer the phone been trying to keep my cool already came up there twice ain’t no reason the air keep breaking I know don’t nobody else wanna be in the heat so why put your people in the heat that rent from you clearly need new maintenance because they don’t know how to do there job and be present in present situations I’m completely tired of it and I definitely am not gonna be sitting here my last month here with no air I refuse to!!

Listen…if I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s not even breaking the scale honestly…. Ive had a messed up screen door the day since I’ve moved in. At one point I could’ve had the AC on all day when it’s hot outside and the temperature was rising no matter what 🤷🏾‍♂️ Not to mention they maintenance never care about yo issues…oh and there’s been squirrels or whatever in the attic above me for Months now and they go up there and set those terrible cheap traps thinking somethings getting fixed..I’ve been hearing these stupid sounds for the longest now….don’t move here ‼️

I would give -10 start it been a whole month since i have asked for maintenance to fix my a/c and nothing. i called and called email and spoke to them. Nothing the got only excuse and lies, i will get to it or they will talk to someone name Dan to fix it. It is way too hot for this. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. rude and no respect at all. they hang up on you and expect you to pay rent but when u expect them to have maintained done it whenever they feel like it. they never put priority to your request or nothing.

Lived in one of the townhomes. It was infested with mice. They didn’t really do anything to fix the address just gave me mouse traps. I was there for the year of my lease and I can’t count how many mice we caught in a trap in the kitchen. There’s far better options in the area!!!! Just keep driving pass.

Absolutely the worst apartment ive ever had! Maintenance doesn’t know what they are doing half the time. The manager (Karen) is more likely to give you an excuse and attitude if you call to complain. And it shows that they honestly dont care about their renters.

I really like these. The lady at the office is Puerto Rican and she was amazing. I did the self showing and the apt was a really nice. They have a dog park too. Their club house is dreamy. Laundry in every building as well.

This apartment has been an utter nightmare since the beginning. to start none of our requests were fixed from the broken screen door to the shattered light covers in the kitchen. in addition they didnt even fix the outlets we requested when we toured it. we cant wait to move out. the pics you see attached is evidence. the first pic are 2 holes maintenance made to find and fix the leak in our ceiling. the first hole did not have the leak then the next day they made the other hole found the problem and fixed it. and how long did it take for them to cover up the holes. oh 2 months. yeah we kept going to them because first maintenance guys said they would be in later in the week that never happened then we asked a few weeks later oh youre on the list third on the list they said ok 3 weeks later they said the guy got hurt so when the guy finally did come 2 months later no sign of any hurt limb or limping. now they redid the floors in the hallway and as you can see at 8 pm their stuff is laying on the outside of the apartment. so now we have a leak in our plumbing pipes in our bathroom sink. lets see how long it takes the to fix this. not to mention they had a large fire in one of the apartments near us that have not been torn down only barricaded it has been an eyesore since then. these apartments do not care of the product matching the price at all especially if they want to rise the rent. please DO NOT COME HERE

Maintenance never comes when work order is put in, property manager Karen always has an attitude honestly we regret resigning our lease... over 1000 a month and nothing ever gets fixed if it wasn’t for Mrs Santiago we would of broke our lease months ago.. parking lot is always a mess, windows are constantly messed with and now broken, concrete is all busted up not worth the cost

Don’t waste your time or your money, absolute worst place you could rent from. Terrible living conditions mold in the walls and ceilings. Horrible Office management, and you can tell some of the maintenance means well but they obviously don’t provide them to budget to do anything about the problems around there. West to have a window fixed the first day, was still broken when I moved out a year later.

They are really rude the bill is really high the house is so small everything in the house is Damaged and when u ask for them to fix it they never show up u have to call them over and over I will never recommend this Company it’s the worst u are paying 900-1000 just for two bedroom when u can go somewhere else get a bigger house for the same price

There are so many issues. AC was installed wrong and my electric bill was $1000 for 2 months in a small 2 bedroom apt. Maintenance was out 4 times and said its fine. Last time they finally sent a company out to fix it and they said it was installed wrong. Asking for help with the duke bill because of their mistake and cant get Karen to answer the email. Rent here us way to expesive and my roof is leaking balcony is falling down and I am pretty sure there is mold in ceiling and bugs every where.

These are some noisy apartment I recommend looking somewhere else for an apartment theres several gunshots back here lots of screaming lots of yelling and not a safe place for the children by looking elsewhere if youre going to pay that price when I go pay that price in the ghetto.

They actually put out flyers 11/18/16 attempting to bribe residents into post 5 star reviews. Perhaps if you didnt suck you wouldnt need to resort to this.Good luck getting them to fix things, the frame on my door and the door itself need replaced. When the guy came out to look at it he informed me that it was contractor work and that he couldnt fix it. Yet no contractor ever came to fix it. Guess they dont care since it wont be their home that gets broken into.

After carefully reviewing and reading the reviews for Camelot east. I think I will look elsewhere for an apartment because they do not seem to care about there tenants or apartments, always read the reviews because believe me its truth behind them most of the time

-5 should be an option, the place was not fit for living.They had cigarette ashes everywhere, including the sink, and bathtub. The apartment we looked at had 1.5 baths, and one of the sinks were broken. They even had trash in the backyard. Usually the apartments for tours are one of their best, if this is the best, i cant even imagine the worst.

Great place to live! / Edit 5/18/2019 No complaints; we had a couple issues in the bathroom after we first moved in but they were resolved by maintenance right away. The manager, Karin Pike, and the other gal in the office are always very friendly, polite, and helpful. Thank you for making our transition to apartment living so much easier!

We’ve lived here a little over a year. this place is a JOKE. roaches, our dishwasher floods, ac has went out twice, our fridge has also went out twice. they do not fix things properly so it’s pointless to even bother to ask them to fix things. there was a flood in the laundry room and flooded into our apartment and they offered to fix it with a FAN!!! the carpet was soaked. once again it’s pointless to waste your time asking for things to be fixed because they do not get fixed the proper way. your rent also goes up so be prepared to pay 900$ for this!

This site needs to rate the office, business, and maintenance separately for sure. I have lived here almost a year and Im out the door. There have been a lot of complaints about the maintenance. I have found out its really not their fault when not showing up and nothing gets fixed. Its 100% lack of orders not getting to them. Be it by staff on the way out and not letting current staff know of these work orders or by past maintenance employees doing the same. I personally can only say that no they are not perfect. But Im not sure there is an apartment complex that is. I saw maintenance manager Rodney at 6:30 p.m. just a few days ago soaked through his clothes with sweat long after he should have been home. He had replaced an air conditioner on a rooftop on a day that reached 94 degrees. Yet he still took the time to stop and ask me if all was okay. I felt a dire need to find him a respirator! And yet - he still had to go back to the shop and empty all the remaining materials from his personal vehicle. Im guessing he may have gotten home to his kids and family about 9 p.m. Patience people. They do their best. Five stars to you Rodney!

Im looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for myself, I read the reviews and actually I dont think I will be reaching out to this company. If you think reviews dont hurt or help your business, Think again. I dont want to be another unsatisfied resident.

I just realized it didnt save my words. Chelsea was supposed to call me back after I called her immediately after I received a 1200 bill after leaving my apartment. She said she was busy dealing with a fire and would get back with me to get it resolved. I completely understood and waited for that call. I NEVER RECEIVED ONE! Just a bill a year later on my credit report. I moved out 60 days Exactly after my lease was up and turned in notice and cleaned my Apartment. A 1200 bill? Donna, Chelsea and Camelot East are crooks. I cant believe I wasted 10 years of my life here.

My Girlfriend and I have been living here for a couple months now and we love it. They put new carpet into our apartment. Big balcony. 2 pools. Small dog park. Decent Gym. Close to lots of good food and bars. Very helpful staff. Its a great place to live at an affordable price.

I still live here and I am ready to leave ASAP. I have only been here 4 months and have had major issues . When I moved there was no heat and I had to use a space heater they provided for two weeks .in my rent plan, heat is provided in the cost so I requested to have a cut in my rent due to me not having heat and paying more on my electric bill and they refused . It is now May and it is currently 90° in my apartment and I am not a high priority to them Ive been calling every day and its still not fixed no one has even looked at it . I am ready to just leave. LAST WEEK someone took the mirrors off my boyfriends car and I want to tell the leasing office and they did not even want to hear me speak. This is my first apartment and I absolutely am not enjoying it

Ive lived here for about 2 months now and Ive loved every bit of it... Apartment is clean, smells fresh, fresh paint, clean carpet, great convenient location, a little under my budget but Im impressed! Overall a great place to live! 😁😁😁

Terrible management! A 3 day notice that they are going to do remodeling with no offer to accommodate in any way besides the offer of the facilities near the workout room. No other notification to give me time to get my Affairs in order or to find a place to stay while this is happening. Dont even want the update, it isnt worth it.

Merlin dr building was infested with mice and roaches. Maintenance takes the easiest and cheapest route. Poor quality of living. Way overpriced for what you get.

Well maintained apartment complex that does a great job of maintaining the grounds and units. Plenty of parking with two pools and a playground.

Love my house though it has its small problems like any apartment. Front office people are nice depending on who it is....Frankie is the best:)

Update: After writing the below mentioned review, owners were quick to respond HOWEVER... I now have been dealing with significant flooding due to faulty plumbing in the bathroom for 3 months. The first time I was told the soaked drywall in the bathroom ceiling would dry out on its own and the sagging ceiling and holes from the flood were never addressed. I called to get it looked at again with no response. The 2nd time it happened, maintenance cut a giant hole in our bathroom ceiling to remove aesthetic damage but the plumbing was never fixed. This time I contacted the main office AND the director with no response. I am currently waiting on maintenance a third time for the same issue. The mold in the ceiling and carpet has a noticeable smell and Camelot is not even a little concerned over the issue. I wish I could share with you all the photos and video I have! In addition, I have called several times about half the lights in my apartment not working with no response!The last year here has been a complete nightmare! Ceiling leaks, fridge broke down, a damaged stove, broken drawers, a flooded living room that took almost 3 months to repair (with no reimbursement for the extra expenses of running fans 24:7), a busted out window that NOBODY responds to. Office doesnt have voicemail, the line is always busy or unavailable. It is obvious that my health and safety are not a priority to Camelot

The management team was “On Vacation” when we moved in on a Saturday, a man had gained access to the apt and had been staying there for an undisclosed period of time prior to our move in, upon entering the apt, there was trash everywhere and a heavy marijuana smell. The girl in the office apologized and sent over the maintenance man to clean up. The A/C was not functional and it took 3 weeks and multiple calls to get it fixed, the back door is still broken, though we’ve made multiple calls, and it took 2 weeks just for them to send somebody to “measure the door” after the service call was made. Management has barely even given an apology, and refuses to provide any remedy or financial compensation/discounted rent for the trouble, and because of the broken back door the apt now has bugs. The management of this property is completely negligent and they don’t care about their residents or the condition of the property.

It may take them awhile to do things but they do fix what they say they will fix. Management is okay but needs work on the customer service. I do like the apartment but I am upset with how some stuff is handled. Overall I have changed my opinion of this place only because things seems to have improved enough to justify the stars now.

Yeah, no. The apartment we rent for $810/mo has not had a kitchen or bathroom upgrade in at least two decades. The dishwasher looks like it was used to clean machine tools. There are machines in the gym that have been broken for two years, despite managements promise to have them fixed. A No Smoking rule is flagrantly ignored by tenants; our building smells like second-hand smoke all the time.

DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. So at the beginning of our stay, everything seemed fine. Before we moved in there was a couple of drawers that needed fixed...and yet they still are broken after living here for a year and a half (we signed our lease again..yeah big mistake). We wont be making that mistake again. Our HVAC has had a problem for as long as we had lived here, it was leaking water everywhere at one point, and the other times wouldnt work at all. They finally got it fixed after a year and half. We have had two ceiling leaks so far during our stay...and by leaks I mean floods. Water coming from outlets, vents, behind the stove, and even light fixtures....soaked the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. (And its dirty water) The first time the flood happened, it took them awhile to get the floors dried, and took them 3 weeks to change the drywall. They got paint on some of my furniture...and just spray painted of the water stains in the bedroom. Let me also say, they never call ahead (we have a dog that needs put up). We would lock our dog up for the entire day while we were at work, for them to not even show up! Also, they dont even notify you if they turn your water off to work on pipes...you just wake up to no water without a reason why. They also painted the hallways and doors of the apartment recently, gave a days notice for that, and said we are going to have to keep your doors open for a few hours while they dry....um, I dont trust people enough for my door to be propped open while I am at work, someone could steal something? This place is just awful, the maintenance sucks, the office people are a joke, and I cannot wait for our lease to be up in 8 months. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE COMFORTABLY.

DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE TO LIVE HERE. I would give this place negative 5 stars if possible. I have had had issues with roaches for over four months, maintenance illegally entering the apartment, and black mold right above me in my neighbors unit. They also take former tenants to court to try and sue them for “damages” they did not do. The property manager: Chelsea Money flat out denied there was mold in the unit after showing the two pictures of the balcony and flooring next to the toilet. I still don’t know if the unit ever was tested for mold since my former neighbors have since moved from that unit. The corporate management would make promises to give 24 hour notice and who to contact as far as getting the work orders done properly. This was a lie. One of my work orders the office staff wrote “yes” to entry permitted even though the work order had “cancelled” written on the front of it and “resident will replace bulb”. They still came into my unit with no consent after telling them numerous times I have a cat that could run out the door and I needed time to put her back in the bedroom the day before I worked. They offered me no compensation for any of the roaches, mold issues, illegal entries but instead wanted me to pay for two months of rent after I left. if I wanted out of the lease early. This basically would have meant I would have had to pay the rest of the lease except for the last month (June) which was a short month.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS. The only thing these crooks care about it is signing you on to their lease contract and doing the sloppiest /minimum cost job to take care of repairs and pests once you are on their contract. I’ve actually had to threaten to put my rent into escrow just to get a repair where I had roaches coming out of the wall and had to spray the area constantly. I was waiting almost over a month for them to fix it. They are still are so cheap they won’t let me out of my lease at the end of May while June is only a partial month so here I am reviewing how much of a trap this place is and all the pictures I have to share of roaches and mold.Edit: Hello, thanks for the canned response. Stephanie Struzinger backs whatever Chelsea Money the property manager does. No point in replying anyone on here since all that will happen is corporate will refuse any compensation and just say they will improve management practices. I too wanted to live here three years ago. After setting up a meeting and arriving, I started to have a nice chat with the lady who would be helping me. As soon as she learned that I was a student, she told me that I would not be able to rent an apartment because they do not rent to students. I was twenty-five at the time, not a teenager going out for the first time. I was very disappointed that I was judge by the fact that I was going back to school but now I am glad because I would hate to think what else they judge in that community.

Camelot east is a very terrible place to leave no proper maintenance it take them time to even get to you when you call for their services mostly those in the office you dont get a response back please do stay away from Camelot east apartment

They are terrible,. dont ever come and live here. I have had issues with water backing up from my kitchen sink (every day) ... it took them up to a month to figure it out what happened. I wasnt able to use my kitchen for a week. Now i have been calling them and make a report because there is water leaking from my bathroom ceiling... maintenance??? they are to busy apparently. called to the office and they are so rude, they told me there is too many issues going on and they dont have enough maintenance guys. i paid the rent on the 5th and i received a letter telling me i need to leave the apartment today because i didnt pay the rent... it happens to me a couple months ago they told me the same thing and then they found my check... they suck!!!!!!

To give an example of how terrible the maintenance is in this place, Ive had a work order that was filed in writing (as the lease specifies, a verbal maintenance request is not sufficient) on May 1st. The same day, I visited the office and was told there were 12 other work orders for air conditioning ahead of mine, and theyd probably get to it tomorrow. Cool, I asked for a phone call so that I can make sure the dog is crated for the maintenance persons convenience.2 days later, I went to follow up. Im told there are 12 other work orders ahead of mine, and since its raining, they wont be able to get on the roof to fix it, but theyll get to it by the end of the week. The following Monday, I had my husband call and follow up with Brandi to see what the hold up is - she says the work order was only put in the system that morning (a full week after I submitted it), and that shell talk to the maintenance supervisor and try to get it done by the end of the following day.I followed up again in the office on Monday 5/15 - now two full weeks after requesting maintenance. First Brandi and the other office lady tell me oh theres about 20 of those AC maintenance requests (are they ignoring everyone, because that list is growing!) I also briefly spoke to the main office manager and when she commented on the weather, I mentioned that I wish it wasnt so lovely, because the AC has been out for so long. She says shell look into it that day and give me a call back. Nothing.Yesterday we finally had maintenance come in. Who literally switched the fan on and walked away (not the AC itself, just the air circulation). He later called and said they need a part but will get it fixed by today. Guess whats still not working?This has happened before - a couple of times every summer, the 2 times the AC flooded into the hallway and bedroom, the time we reported that the carpet was shredding where it joins to the kitchen linoleum, the time we reported the kitchen faucet was leaking... It used to only take a day or so to get these things fixed but in the last year or so, its been getting worse and worse. The only thing they ever respond reasonably quickly to is when the sewage line starts flooding up through our bathroom floor - which happens regularly enough for us to know thats the only thing they respond quickly to!Basically, the office staff will blatantly lie to your face about the status of maintenance requests, just to get you out of the rental office (because if a potential future renter comes in, it looks bad to have angry people queued up for outstanding maintenance!) and the maintenance staff will drag their feet about actually doing anything because theyre too busy helping renovate apartments for new leases.Oh, but the rent check I put in at the same time as the maintenance request? That processed the very next day.Update July 2018: so far our air conditioning has flooded our apartment twice this summer, and has stopped working once. However, this time when we requested maintenance, it was completed same-day. Whether its because the office matched the name on this review with our lease, because we raised specific health concerns, or just that theyve gotten better at responding to maintenance is unclear at this stage. Our neighbors air conditioning was out for 3 weeks after requesting maintenance though, so Im doubting its the latter.Update October 2018: The property manager is now completely abusing their right to entry, giving less than 24 hours notice of entry before sending a maintenance crew in to do non-emergency renovations in the bathroom. I received a note on my door on the afternoon of October 4th that theyd be entering (was placed there just before 5pm) and the crew was entering just after 8am. I have filed a complaint using the phone number for Stephanie Sturzinger in Owner Replies, and was just told someone will get back to you.

Neither pool worked summer 2016. Walls in halls of my building have never been cleaned. When we moved in, the carpet wasnt clean (large things visible), the outlets and drawer handles were painted over, mold •in• bathroom wall was painted over, and the entire place smelled like smoke even though we requested a non smoking apartment.Maintenance is barely adequate. The office staff is not very bright and is much less than helpful. We were threatened with eviction proceedings one day after rent was due even though we had paid rent on time!If you need a cheap place to live for a year or two it is OK, but if you want to live somewhere with a family or long term, look elsewhere!

This is the worst place I have ever lived in my whole life. I always have issues with my a/c and it take multiple calls for someone to come fix. Currently my hot water knob in my shower is broken. Guess what they said they would come fix and still havent? Thats right the hot water knob. It would be nice to take a shower and not freeze. Just a bit of hot water is need but no if I want to shower I have got to try and stand in freezing cold water.Lets not mention how the parking lot is a hot ghetto mess. Its plain old ratchet. How do you allow cars to park in front of garbage dumpsters? How the... is the garbage man supposed to dispose of waste if your car is sitting in front of it. Tell the office they just say okay and send out a letter. I say tow the dumb... car. Then lets talk about how there is just trash all over the place. Walk outside there are beer cans and soda cans and beer tops and all that all over the place.Now lets talk about the nasty and filthy laundry room. One day there was a panty liner YES A PANTY LINER, just in the dryer and low and behold because it was in the top dryer and Im under 5 feet tall I cannot just see this so guess whats in with my freshly washed clothes? A panty liner.Please dont tell me to call about my issues, just come fix my issues in a timely fashion--however I suspect that laziness is what gets hired and applauded within this companies management.

I moved into Camelot Apartments in 2017 pay our rent on time and everything was fine at first iI call for maintenance request and the girl in the office was taking my maintenance request not putting them in so now Im here my air is out I called 10:18 am to put in maintenance request I called back to make sure she put it in.because I found out before she never put them and Im burning up in here its hot ..im still without my closet doors since november.ive been seeing roaches were constantly spraying.putting down powder. I dontd put in request often as when I do I dont expect to wait forever to get them done.

I really wanted to rent a place here but no one would return any of my calls. After calling 1 or 2 times a week for a month (during the day and leaving voice mails), I decided they must not want my business and looked elsewhere.

The apartments cost more then it is even worth !!! The office itches with a b are either stupid or liars they will say your check bounced when it never did !!! You can NEVER get ahold of the office unless you say your interested in renting lol of course they are money hungry liers. Ooo and the maintenance men around here like the rig stuff. this is the lasttttt place i would move.you would be better off moving to the ghetto thats a promise!!!!!!

Where to start? First off the air conditioner has went out roughly 5 times since living here in June of 2016. It took my wife and I having a new born baby for them to finally fix the issue and not just slap a bandaid on it. Second our balconys wood is rotting. They are sooo slow on maintenance requests. Also, the maintenance supervisor was over and fixing something and my wife asked him about fixing a piece of carpet, he gave her his business card and asked her to text him or call him and he would have his carpet guy come fix it... well she text him and said I just wanted to touch base about the carpet (basically) and he went as far as saying he will let her know if he needs anything but he would like a friend if thats ok because Camelot stresses him out so much But doesnt wanna make her husband mad.... so now the maintenance supervisor Tony is using his professional status to get MARRIED womens numbers to see if theyre ok with being friends mind you he is probably 30 years older than us... super creep!!!!! No sense of urgency about fixing anything for you. Today we were packing our stuff as our lease is up very soon, and we are ready to get the hell out of here and see a cockroach crawl under our front door!!!!!!! What the hell in 26 years Ive never seen a cockroach in my life!!! The neighbors smoke so much weed our unit smells like pot! Always people lurking in the parking lot at night as well. Always see drug activity going in and out selling drugs to the neighbors. Our kitchen floor is not complete is coming out from the dishwasher. Our sink broke and cracked and it took 3-4 weeks to fix that. Our bedroom window wouldnt lock, and our babys room window pushed right out while locked. My brother even lived in the more ghetto looking side of Camelot and his bathroom flooded twice. This place is terrible! Many other communities you can spend the same or a little less and have a much better experience. Brandy is always super nice thats probably the only positive of this place. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT waste your money here we pay $895 a month for a renovated apartment. Please refrain from signing a lease here. Im a very passive guy but this weekend of the maintenance guy texting my wife, to the pot I continue to smell in here to the dang bug crawling in Im done this place is a nightmare!!!!!!Update: 5/30/17my wife called corporate multiple times and never received a return call. So for them to respond to my review asking to contact them... is no good. Also, the community manager let us out of our lease a few weeks early due to all of the problems we had here and supposedly Tony the supervisor of maintenance was let go. Also the week or so we spent moving out the air was out yet again. Please dont move here.Update: 7/2/17Received our invoice form Camelot finally. Saying we owed them, roughly $1500 for the carpet and for the month of Junes rent. After we were supposedly let out of our lease and after we were told we wouldnt have to pay for the carpet due to the maintenance man situation. We called and had to remind the manager a Chelsea (not sure if her name is spelled correctly) what happened. She then seemed to recall what happened and said she would have a new invoice out soon. The letter also said the carpet we were being charged for was for 4 years? I lived here less than a year....

I have had so many issues since I have lived here. Maintenance is TERRIBLE !! They dont fix things and they make messes In your apartment and dont clean up after them selves. Then the office manager makes excuses for them and says they will be back to finish the job that they have been working on for 3 days ! Part of my celing in my living room is going to fall down any day bc its full of water and has leaked all over my floor multiple times so now we have a perminate pot that stays on the ground to catch the water. After last nights rain there is about an inch of water in it . Then there is black mold that keeps growing on a celing tile above my shower that has happened for MONTHS & when I tell them its some how my fault & they just bring a new celing tile & call it a day. Hello there is a leak above me fix it . So the last 2 days they have had my celing tile with black mold on it let me remind you leaning against my sink, insulation from around the exposed pipe all over the tub & the stood on my bath mat with their dirty ads shoes that have been all over thia complex and more and left black shoe prints as evidence. Then they came to fix the drawer in my bathroom & left it on the floor so they could go to lunch & then the never returned. I called chelsey she said they were going to home depot and they would return & they never did. I am livid. I would never recommend living in Camelot to anyone!!! I can not wait till my lease is up!!

Lived here for 3 years the first year there someone backed into my car and left. Second year someone stole my broken iPhones from the mailbox that I was going to send back last year was it moved in March still havent gotten my security deposit back and its going on June these apartments arent work the money apartment floors are terrible you can hear everything your neighbor does, parking is terrible if you get off after 6 forget about parking close to your apartment. Still waiting on my deposit since the HR is out even though they told me they mailed it 2 months ago

They are slow to fix everything. Its over priced. They have the most strict pet policy. 1 bdrm 720 mo.

Nice area and good apartments for the price. Always had good interactions with the staff and never had an issue go unresolved.

So glad I decided not to sign a lease with Camelot. The building with the available apartment was garbage, the worst in the complex. The stairwell stunk, had dirty carpet, and the laundry room looked like a janitors closet and part of the wall was missing exposing insulation and wires. Just trifling.

Its very hard to get your maintenance work done.

The maintenance is absolutely terrible. My A/C has broke four times in seven months and my toilet is now broke for a second time and they will not fix it

Receptionist was very rude. We had an appointment and was a few minutes late. She would not let us see the apartment and said we would have to reschedule. Will not go back there.

I like the place very appropriate there is no kind of problem, and the attention of the main office is very nice. I recommend them 👍

They are very expensive rent apartments and apart they do not give much maintenance the pipes are clogged every 2 months and all the crap goes out has no mailbox for the money order genius of the secretaries are always angry and there is a lot of razismo in that place .
