We had an absolute nightmare of an experience with this car service. We reserved a car for 7/20 at 3 AM to catch an early morning flight at JFK for a family reunion. The car was a no show and we wound up racing to the airport in our own car. There was no one answering the phones and no response to email. They picked up later in the day and were apologetic. I was assured that a full refund would be issued immediately and the owner would call. It is now over a week later and NOTHING! I have had to file a credit card dispute because they billed in advance. DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE.Follow up: This is in response to Greyline of 2 weeks ago. I have a hard copy of the date that Greyline was supposed to provide service. It is exactly as I stated (7/20). Greyline simply did not show up. When Greyline finally called back (I have a record of this call as well), I received a complete admission of wrong on the part of the company with NO REFUND to date. There is currently an active dispute between my credit card company and Greyline. Greyline has still not responded! If you wish me to revise my opinion of your company, kindly set the matter straight.
I travel for business at least once a month to the NYC area airports. Greyline is my car service of choice. Professional and courteous drivers who are always on time. They are easy to do business with! Thanks Greyline!

Weve been using Greyline for a couple of years and it is the only company we use for transport to the NY airports. We have them pick-up out-of-town visitors from the airports, too. The drivers are always polite, prompt and professional. Theyve been available in last-minute, urgent situations without hesitation. We never drive to the airports anymore. We rely on Greyline!

I bought a voucher through living social after reading such great reviews. I had such a bad experience. We made a reservation for them to pick us up at the airport after our flight. When we got off our flight they were no where to be found. WE waited an hour for them to arrive as well as called the company 3 times to find out where they were. We kept getting an answering service and no one would call us back. After being stranded we were forced to spend 200.00 dollars to take a taxi home. I was so upset by this experienced.

I used greyline to go get to my early flight at JFK, the driver was on time, the ride was very comfy, loved the space, felt like am on a first class flight :) i will not hesitate to use Greyline again!! worth all the money.
