Six7 Marketing has been one of the worst vendors I have worked with. I started a small school a year ago and contacted Scott to help with our initial marketing initiative. I paid him $450 to create, launch and manage Facebook ads for one month. A couple of days into the work, I realized that this meant I would send Scott the content, he would sloppily post it, blast a single ad with an additional $750 of our schools money and watch it for a month. I had sought out a marketing expert becauseI did not have any expertise with marketing and little experience with social media, but quickly realized how ineffective and lazy this approach was and that it would not even begin to tease out some of the insights were hoping to develop. We needed A/B testing, content critique and enhancement, sage advice, wisdom and ongoing iteration and strategic pivoting (we were willing to pay more as time went on but wanted to get a sense of what the initial $1200 would lead to). Not only did Scott fail to provide any of that, he was extremely defensive when I called him to communicate my concerns. He hung up on me soon into our conversation and refused to acknowledge what an utter waste of $1200 the marketing campaign was/would be. Scott made it clear that he was not interested in pivoting or strategizing and seemed to think that posting a single boosted ad (that I had created) was worth $1200. I asked to discontinue our one month agreement and asked him to do what he thought was right regarding a pro-rated reimbursement. After Scott hung up on me, I followed up with an email. I never heard back from him. Needless to say the Facebook ad was an utter waste of $1200 and I am even more certain now than I was then that Scotts unprofessional marketing approach was a horrible investment of our schools money and my time.

Scott and his team paid attention to the details that were important to me and my business- and they got it right.
