Towed our car for having an out of date inspection sticker, from our home parking lot, during covid without any warning. Apparently they can do that, but it takes a special kind of company to actively make a pandemic worse just to make some money.

Our community in Fairfax has been working with Rosewood (originally with MMI who got acquired by Rosewood) since our board turned over from developer in September. We have been super happy with the level or professionalism and experience we have been provided by Rosewood and our property manager. They are always willing to assist the board in any request we have and are always timely with residents concerns. Highly recommend.

As a board member for a very small community, Rosewood Management has been a saving grace for our neighborhood. Our property manager, Ms. Lee exudes professionalism, detailed oriented and provides exceptional consultation to our board of directors. Rosewood is connected with high quality contractors which is vital to all communities that would like to maintain and increase property values.

For the last year we have been working very closely with Rosewood Management and Consulting services. There consistent attention to detail and professionalism have been outstanding. We have very much appreciated there ability and focus to respond quickly to constant arising issues.

Negative stars is what should be the rating.Rosewood is the management company for a townhouse I own in Manassas and is by far the most unprofessional company that has managed the HOA for my subdivision.I was given a notice that the front door and surrounding outside areas of the property needed repair. I was given 3 photos of the repairs needed, but the descriptions were vague. I explained to the company that I live in California and not on the property and asked for more detail on what areas need repair. After several emails back and forth, I was finally given the detail I had kindly asked for. In less than 30 days from the notice, I had all the repairs made and emailed the company to let them know.Fast forward a few months, and I find that on the companys website, under my property a derogatory comment by Rosewood stating that I made excuses and that [I] will probably not fix anything. The violation further doesnt indicate that I had all the repairs made. Let me make clear that I never made an excuse to anyone at this company and am being chastised because the staff didnt want to do their jobs and help me.I have demanded these lies be removed from the website but of course I cannot speak to anyone when I call, but instead am forced to leave a voicemail.This company has committed libel and I am fully prepared to take legal action if the situation is not rectified.

We are providing engineering consulting services for a large condominium community that is managed by Rosewood Management (formerly MMI). The team at Rosewood has been a great partner! They are knowledgeable, engaged, responsive, and friendly.

I cant say Ive had to contact Rosewood Management much in the time Ive lived at one of their properties, but in the times I have they have been professional and totally responsive to my issues and concerns. The issues were mostly about problems around the property that I live in. The property and assistant property manager for my building are friendly, helpful and super professional.

After serving on an HOA Board for 15 years I can confidently say that the success of any community’s HOA is directly dependent on the quality of its management company. Rosewood is, in my opinion, the top management company in NOVA. Excellent community managers, great communication and attentive service.

My car got towed from my drive way without any warning or notification. Apparently it got towed because my drive way is too small to fit my Toyota Corolla even though there were other cars bigger and blocking the road.I also emailed the Owner, Rose Bailey multiple times and called multiple times to discuss my concerns but never received a response. I am really disappointed and concerned because what if they do not respond when there is an emergency. Really disappointed.

Terrible experiences with this establishment. Rude, condescending, intrusive and disrespectful.

ZERO stars, This company is a complete joke and a sorry excuse for property management. No matter who you talk to or what you say to any member of this company its always someone elses fault or they will pass it on BUT nothing ever happens with any issue you bring to their attention. I am wasting my HOA fees on group of girls managing the community with little to no care, skill or customer service. Buyer or renter beware of what your getting yourself into before having to deal with this company.
