Where Procurement Fraud meets Community. If you are in the Acauisition/Procurement/Contracts Administration/Management Field...run fast as this place is a walking, talking DCMA/GAO case waiting to happen. Technical people with zero business acumen and a contracts department that has no idea or ability to speak to the services that ICF is providing. Brilliant!
