First thing they deposited my money into somebody’s account twice in a rowSecond the financial lady that was making it seem like it was my fault and they took away my pay raise and they lost my Estubs
A lot of things were a miss in my first few days of working here, but I couldn’t exactly pinpoint why. There were a lot of new hires for full-time and part-time positions, but at the same time a lot of individuals were being laid off/fired/let go at a moment’s notice for small reasons. These reasons could have been avoided with communication and time to reduce such high turnover, but weren’t. It was almost intentional. Individuals were often replaced with interns who essentially performed the same functions (which were paid), but floated around departments looking to “gain experience.” This seemed amoral.A lot of the jobs listed on the career page are fictitious. The job assignments available at the company often do not match purported job descriptions. A lot of employees take on additional work and are mandated to come in on the weekends to work for free.Management had a bad tendency to micromanage — to the point where they monitored every click and stroke one made on ones mouse and keyboard as well as the time one took for lunch and bathroom breaks. Everyone seemed to be optic and report back to management. It was like walking on eggshells and playing politics. From my perspective, I dont believe the company is in good shape financial wise and eventually they’ll be audited causing major organizational restructure to occur. Despite noticing upper level management holding excessive meetings, no one communicates (and if they do, it’s a cover up). Many employees seemed excessively anxious… almost as if on pins and needles. It’s almost as if the company will fold. Really do your research and ask clarifying questions during the interview before making a decision to work for this company. And if something doesnt sit well with you, definitely continue your job search.
Great company with good corporate values and highly competent staff.
This company is the bottom feeder of the food service contracting world. They mainly go after government contracts with extremely low margins and squeeze the pay rates of their employees and vendors in order to operate at any sort of profit. The management they hire quite often leave and the overall morale of the company is low. They are an old school business that has very few minorities in positions of power.I would avoid working here, if you have a choice
A true loser in the food service industry. Tom Fector garbage pail of a leader.
Terrible
