Longer wait than told on the phone. 1 recall, and oil and filter change $66.00. Way too much. Charged for shop supplies and misc items on recall (air-bag). If a recall the consumer should not pay a dime. Trying to sell me a brake job, didnt needed it. If I did I-d go to Midas. I dont care for this dealership and service dept. Ive bought 3 new and 1 used vehicle from TBF. Never again

Whenever I come to quick lanes I’m greeted properly and taken care of immediately. Ricky and all staff at quick lanes do get me in and out as quickly as possible and are always great to make sure my vehicles are throughly check and in proper safe running condition. This was my first time to the Quick Lane. Service was great, nice and clean waiting facilities, and staff is very nice. A bit more expensive than other oil change places, but certainly worth their expertise. I also felt like they didnt try to upsell me. Oil change and tire rotation for a 2013 Escape was $117.04.

Wow, what a great experience I had today. I have new tires and rims that I bought off the internet. I installed them myself, but was having trouble getting my truck to recognize the change in TPMS sensors (that flashing light with a tire and exclamation point on your dash). I had tried and tried to get it to work, so I finally gave in and made an appointment here. I was in and out is less than five minutes! These are good people! I wish I lived around here, because this would be my new tire store and Ford dealership.

I can’t say enough about this place. The best experience I ever had. My service advisor Olivia Lundy went above and beyond to take care of me. She matched Sheehy’s brake coupon and then gave me a discount on top of that. She introduced me to the servicing technician Chris, I had a couple questions for him and man did we hit it off. He really knows his stuff. He recommended while I was having the brakes done to go ahead and get the spring special done and you would and additional $25 because I would have the wheels doing the brakes. Wow factor!!! How many repair shop really go out of there way to save you money...we’ll Ted Britt Ford Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center does. I really impressed all the staff was wearing mask when I walked and kept them all day when I was present in for service. They even did a wipe down in between people seating in seats. This teams that they care. I will recommend this store to all my family, co workers and friends.. Keep on rocking! Love it!... I don’t know what this other guy Jacob is talking about best service ever. “ my mom always said, if you don’t have anything nice to say about people don’t say anything “.

I drove 40 minutes to this location since I was told they take walk in customer. I try to explain them that it was an emergency repair I was needing, all they said was NO, leave it we might fix it tomorrow.I even offered to pay more for the service, but the NO answer kept coming up.How long does it take to replace a tire.I don’t know about their repair skills, I will never know But customer service is not one of their skills.

This location is on the top of my worst experiences for vehicle maintenance. It started with me having to call 4 times before anyone answered (during business hours, spaced out over a few days). After I finally had an appointment scheduled and arrived for my appointment, most of the advisors were not wearing any masks while at their desks, one of the advisors was constantly hugging another advisor while sitting at their desk, and at one point 5 of the staff were all huddled around one of the advisor desks (of which only one was wearing a mask).I only had an oil change done, which took approximately 1hr and 15 minutes. After talking with my advisor and paying, he informed me of two repairs they would recommend, but told me their printer was broken and would need to email the estimate (which I was completely fine with). The advisor asked for my email, which I provided, and I never received an estimate for the repairs. When I called back asking if an advisor if they could email me the estimate the previous advisor said they would send, the new advisor said they couldnt find an estimate or notes in the system (very interesting they charge a $3 Electronic Document Storage Fee if they cant even find estimates they are supposedly going to email).

Had my 2014 F150 at Quick Lane Tire &Auto Center for noise coming from the rear and they did an excellent job!without the help of Olivia Lundy and the Service Advisor I delt with Jerson Perez, I feel the problem wouldnt have been fully resolved, I highly recommend 🥉(after dealing with Jerson Perez with the same problem I had to begin with, my issue with my truck still has not been fixed and was told if anything else was needed?it would come out of my pocket?Ive only put less than 4,800 miles since I bought the vehicle, not a good place for service, I give them ☆2

I took my 2014 jeep in a couple weeks back for maintenance and told them it keeps stalling out while driving or sitting at a light/stop sign. They scanned it and did not find anything, they said the drove it and did not notice anything wrong. < $700. dollars later every time I drive it, it stalls out. I have been trying to call the service manager all day since this morning but apparently he is in meetings alllllllll day. I was told to make another appointment to bring it in, yea right, so I can give them more money. I am a full time RMA supporting doctors and patients and now I have to take myself to and from work with my jeep stalling out. This is very dangerous! I am also told this is not covered under Ted Britt for Life WHAT! if this is not covered, an engine stalling, then what a joke Ted Britt is!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont believe them. Front line /First responders appreciation?? WHAT A JOKE!

There’s a spacious waiting area and a few shops across the street if you wanted to walk around while they work on your car. Great job very happy.

I recently came in to get service performed on my vehicle. It came in for just routine service and they found a leak that was covered for me under warranty. I am so please with the service I received and that the folks at quick lane went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle and myself are safe. Olivia Lundy is the young lady who helped me and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back! Received great emergency appointment service from the service team led by Jerson Perez. A very big bolt had lodged into my tire. The tire was not salvageable. Mr. Perez explained the damage and had a replacement tire available that were of the same quality and brand of the others. Within an hour, I had a new tire, rotation, oil change and the standard maintenance tasks completed.The waiting room was set for socially distancing and clean.The Quick Lane is located across from the main service center at Ted Britt. I highly recommend this location for the service of your vehicle. I felt no pressure to purchase the goods and services at this location. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. I will return to this location for future service needs.

I was having CEL issues with my sonata and the repairs were expensive, but olivia went above and beyond to get me the maximum discounts with her manager ricky richardson. Service was fine, but lost stars for:1. Was on time for 9:45 appointment and the car didnt go back until 10:30. Why have an appt?2. It took an hour for an oil change...maybe thats what it takes theres days3. Extra $17 in unexpected fees from the coupon price (technically, they should have been expected since it was buried in 6 point dont at the bottom...but why not just lay it out there from the get go? Guess fine print fees are just part of todays economy, but I still dont like them.)

Took my dodge truck in for an oil change and was talking to Kristinha about after this service, Ill have to go to Dodge dealership for other concerns I have concerning my truck. I used to take my trucks to the dealer but decided to try Quick Lanes after one of my friends raved about it. I needed an oil change and had an engine light so I decided to try them out. I was greeted with a big smile, I believe his name was Zack, one of the most courteous and helpful people I have ever encountered. Often you wonder what you will get with an engine light, since I am no car expert, and dealers can try to sell you anything. Zack was honest and helpful and very happy to inform me that it was just a bad gas cap, nothing more. To say the least I was relieved. I will definitely be going back to Quick Lanes next time I need service...and I hope Zack is there!

Very good service. The low tire pressure light came on, and the tires have nitrogen in them. They checked everything out, all good. No other problems, tires all reset. If you go there today in costume, or in Nats gear...10% off your cost up to $100.00

Customer service is consistently good. Cant speak to the pricing. However we were here on February 23, 2019, and wanted to specifically call out Tommy, who helped us. We brought in two vehicles right when they opened, and had to be somewhere by 930. Tommy was very helpful and asked if there was a vehicle we preferred first, so we could transport the whole family. He made sure we had both vehicles out the door by 9, less than an hour after we got there. Great demeanor, great dude.

What a great crew and service. I was very pleased with the way Quick Lane handled the issues that I was facing with my SUV. I had a lot of work that came up simultaneously and needed to be done. Quick Lane talked through the issues with me, took care of them, and then charged a great price for the work. So my car has been at this shop for a month!! All that was needed was to paint a spot on the door no bigger than your fist. The first time I was told to come pick up the vehicle they could not find the vehicle!! After phone calls were made they finally found it and it was not ready!!! I was asked if I could wait while they finished it. I said sure. When they finished it about 45 min later, they brought the vehicle to me and it was filthy!! You couldn’t even tell if it had been painted. The manager takes it and goes to drive it through the car wash. I get in the vehicle to drive it home and now for some strange reason the window does not roll down!! WTF???? I left the vehicle there for another WEEK to fix the window. I come to pick up my vehicle today and low and behold I open the door and the inside door handle falls off in my hand!!!!! I can’t make this up!!! So now I am sitting here waiting for them to fix my door handle. Oh by the way the car is dirty again!!! SMH.

Everyone at Quick Lane is very helpful, I have been here several times for various things. I needed my emergency brake assembly replaced and the tech was kind enough to take me into the shop and show me what the problem was and explained what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. Being a female who doesnt know anything about cars I truly appreciated this! Zack Lalande has been my service adviser and he is AMAZING!! He is very accurate in his quotes and always answers my questions. I have had many bad experiences with mechanic shops in the past, from stealing my brand new tires to charging me for replacing a part that they instead put a patch on but this place has earned my trust and is now my shop for life! Highly disorganized, poor customer service, used had to order part excuse to cover laziness, no follow-up. Dropped off car for a broken hood latch Wednesday at 3pm. Was told they would look at it in the morning. I called at noon Thursday they said it was being looked at. I called back at 2pm and they said it was just now being looked at. Called again at 4pm and they said I had to leave it overnight because they needed a part. Called at noon they said they were finishing up, will call when its ready. Called back at 4pm asking whats taking so long and they said it was ready 3 hours ago but they didnt bother calling to tell me.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They advertise this price on website for 39.95 + fees. I was charged 86 for the same service because I used a 19.95 oil change coupon. So I just paid 70 for the tire rotation. Asked service advisor why I dont get the simple works package price, we dont tell you about package, you have to tell me. Crazy. Nice customer service. Last time Ill bring car here.
