While Sean was at my home to inspect the Sentricon stations, he made a thorough look around the property and noticed yellow jackets at one of the humminbird feeders. He alerted me to the issue and we talked about a the Guardian Programs that Scherzinger has to monitor for and eliminate most common pests. I will be checking these options out soon. Cant .say enough about Scherzinger and our service technician Matt Kelly. They pay attention to details making sure we are bug free in a way that is safe for the environment. In addition, our technician provides helpful suggestions to protect our property from harmful infestation. Scherzinger has done a great job helping keep pests away and out of my home since I signed up for the Guardian plan a couple years ago. Matt K is really great to work with, he is both thorough and responsive. For those times when bugs come to visit in-between regular visits, Matt comes over and makes sure our unwanted visitors leave! We used a different service many years ago, and stopped because they didnt do anything my husband couldnt do with stuff from the hardware store.We recently had nests of ants all around my kids swingset and play areas. One treatment and they are gone!!! Its been over a month and I havent seen ONE! Im impressed!

Matt Kelly takes care of our property in the woods. Being in the woods, we have lots of bugs. Carpenter bees especially were doing lots of damage. Phillip Adams was my service tech and he was wonderful. He was very polite and informative. He asked what my needs were and offered solutions and explained everything that he was going to do during the service call. He expressed great pride in the company he worked for and that is something great to hear. He was very proud. I am very happy with the work and the personality of the tech who helped us out. Sharilin set up the appointment and got me started. She was very friendly and informative with the process and I am very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend this company!

We had a new service tech today. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do and took the time to explain why not to use the chemicals inside if not necessary. I appreciated that he was concerned about our health and chemical safety. He performed out guardian service which we get quarterly and stopped at the door when he was finished to let me know the issues he found. He was very professional.

Always happy with guardian plan! Technician Russ was patient with my concerns and knowledgeable! He had found a cluster of mites almost unable to see by the eye in my son’s curtains and explained everything I needed to do and know and how he was going to fix it! Wasn’t in a hurry and seemed as concerned as i was to fix issues (hello no one wants bugs in the house)I called to request Russ be my permanent technician! Also a thank you to Shirzinger for there patience during pandemic i had lost my job i never received calls for a payment way overdue once I explained my situation that i was behind and staff seemed truly empathetic and soon as i was able to catch up … it was as if i was never late! I was very confortable speaking with Sean. He was very knowledgeable and he put my concerns to rest. He was efficient and did a nice job. I did not have a current termite problem as I thought, but he put new feeder cannisters in because this platt once was a farm and has termites in the ground.

Dale came out on time. He was actually a little early which was great. He listened intently to all that I had to tell him about ants and bees around the house. He provided a wealth of information and he answered every question for me. He took into account my two dogs in his plan. He did his work efficiently and left me his card. He is going to follow up with me in a couple weeks. I sent him a question about an hour after my appointment and he responded very quickly in full detail. I would definitely recommend him and I will call him if there are any other pest issues in the future.

We had a bird make a nest in our bathroom vent on the exterior part of our home and the birds brought mites with them causing them to fall down our vent into our toilet. Luckily we noticed them immediately and took care of the problem before it got worse. Scherzinger came out and took care of the problem quickly and effectively. I highly recommend them. Tip: if you ever have this problem be sure to REMOVE the bird nest. You cant just treat the problem, you have to remove the nest and treat. Both are crucial. Hope this helps.

Cant say enough about how great Scherzinger is! They are organized, efficient, listen to your concerns and address them. Not just the Tech - who has been amazing but management is reachable and provides input. We love Tyler - he is amazing!!!! He is on-time and participates in resolving any concerns as well as he is proactive in sharing ways we can head off any issues before they start. They will remain our commercial partner for years to come.

Scherzinger has been great to work with at a couple facilities I manage for work. The team is professional and quick to respond when we have an urgent need. Appointments are scheduled during convenient hours and the technician always arrive early/on-time. Each tech that has come out has been great about explaining what he will do. The treatments are thorough and effective. Even the billing has been pretty easy to handle. Highly recommended for a hassle-free experience.

Overall did a good job. We had a few issues with one of the techs, and communication on both our parts but we got together and identified the issues and worked them out. This is one of the few companies that is willing to go out of their way to make mistakes right, and help out during a difficult situation. Bill was great help getting everything set up, and the lead tech that came out to treat was amazing. Allowed me to point out the bad areas and took special attention to them. As all this was for an elderly family that I do my best to take care of while living far away.

Dishonest. Always pushing services and packages that are unnecessary. Got a termite inspection done for a refinance. Recommended $700 new treatment because of a single board that was left from old damage because it was still in good shape. Was treated 2 years ago. Got two second opinions from other companies and both said it was ridiculous and a ploy to get us to pay for services we didn’t need. Unfortunately this was not an isolated incident with this company. Very disappointed.

Outstanding service and they mean it when they say theyll come back to retreat. Before and after our first quarterly treatment for ants and other pests, we continued to notice dust falling from our garage door. We thought it might be carpenter ants making a home for themselves. We called back about 2 months after the treatment and our tech came out to spray again... And this time he wasnt messing around. I left for about an hour and came back to hundreds of dead black ants on the garage floor and driveway. YES!!! We will recommend Scherzinger every chance we get.

I canceled this service December 28, 2018, January, March, May & June. Ive spoke to two reps and the manager (twice) AND after care after phone line to cancel and receive a two refunds. Account wasnt cancelled and was charged again for services. The last time they came out, we did not know tech had been there and my husband treated our home that same night... he ended up in the ER because of a allergic reaction. My dog had a allergic reaction as well.... We found the invoice two days later in the bushes. We were charged for full service.... my back yard has a privacy fence and iron gate that was locked. I have contacted the manager (Eddie) several times to cancel and for my refund. Now, Im only receiving a refund for one invoice and it will take up to 60 days. This is absolutely ridiculous & horrible I can be charged 110.00 per invoice, when I CANCELLED SERVICE several times, not to mention I was blown off and now I have to wait for my refund....and now, only one refund. This is very upsetting... I contacted this company so many times, not to mention last service received was a partial service and my bank account was charged for services I cancelled... My hope for this review is to improve communication, management & fair turn around for cancellations & full refunds in a timely manner.Very disappointed....

Did his thing .well we still got ants a hole bunch . inside and out . Now it cant get back till May 18 . Still waiting for them to call back from this morning . Shouldnt take this long to get back.

He went above and beyond I don’t think he missed a spot and he took it upon himself to prep and move things that I should have done myself and didn’t expect him too either I will call Scherzinger again with any pest problems just on the merit of work the technician did today !!!!!

What a farce! I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance. The day prior to the appointment I received a call from Scherzinger requesting that I change my appointment from 1030 to 1200. I agreed. On the day of the appointment, I called Scherzinger at 1235 asking when the tech would arrive. After the representative contacted the tech, with me on hold, I was asked to wait an additional 20 minutes! Absolutely unacceptable.UPDATE: At 1:05, the tech showed up at my door. Apparently, the representative I spoke to didn’t notify him that I canceled.

Technician was knowledgeable friendly and very thorough. I would suggest scherzinger to anyone in need of pest control.

Inability to control ants, having to call for multiple treatments in between quarterly treatments, no new treatment plan as requested, and then missed appointment after I had rearranged my schedule to accommodate theirs - I need to find someone who is reliable and doesnt continue to use the same treatment plan over and over and expect different results.

I was blown away with the level of service compared to the previous pest control company I used. AND, with the Guardian Plus program, it is quite a bit less. The other company sent 1 tech for bugs and another for termites. Therefore, their cost had to be higher.
