The Fairborn UPS store is top notch! I’ve used the store a number of times for various things and every time was met with fast and courteous service. This type of service was recently put to the test and they did not disappoint! I was planning a family wedding and had to make frequent, and sometimes super fast, trips to the store for a variety of printing jobs. EVERY time I was met with friendly and professional service. Special thanks to C J who went above and beyond to make sure things were done just right! I won’t go go anywhere else for printing!

I deal with a lot of shippers and UPS Stores, and this is one of the best Ive dealt with. Had them ship stuff that was purchased at an auction. Some stores will try to rip you off because they know they have you cornered and you basically must pay for their service. Not this store. It seems like they didnt even charge a pickup fee or a packing fee. The price was the absolute lowest it could have possibly been. The stuff was extremely well and sensibly packed and everything was handled very quickly. I received my items mere days after purchase. Definitely a 5-star operation.

Great all-in-one UPS store. The staff is always curious and helpful and keep things moving to where the wait is never very long. The store seems conveniently located although pulling in and out of the parking area is a little odd but there is always plenty of parking. Very convenient when it comes to dropping off things like Amazon packages.

Great UPS! Throughout the years they always seem to have a friendly staff that is very helpful. You can bring items you want to ship and they will box it for you, so it is a very convenient place to send a package!

The staff at this location go above and beyond with their courtesy and efficiency. Their kindness in these crazy times is even more appreciated. I will be sure to let all my contacts know I recommend this location highly. This is the main UPS location I will frequent.Thank you.

This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. I will drive out of the way, just to go to this store. They are friendly, helpful... and I have never spent more than three minutes inside of this store. VERY efficient. I dont normally write a ton of google reviews but this place deserves it.

This is a very helpful, friendly store that I love to go to! They have everything I need in one place. From copy machine, fax machine, postal service including stamps n mailing letters, notorize items, ship packages, supplies!

This store is top notch in all aspects. I purchase things from an auction company local to this store and all the items are boxed up here and shipped to me. The prices are very fair and the quality of their work is excellent. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Very impressed with this store. I went in yesterday evening to ship 3 packages and was immediately helped by one of the guys up front. He helped seal and label my packages for me. 2 other customers entered the store while I was there and were also immediately taken care of by other employees. Absolutely wonderful customer service and super efficient.

Went to get a document notarized without an ID which IS possible. my mother is a notary and knows the law surrounding identication. Anyways the girl who waited on us ( Brooke) refused to notarize my document. She didnt even bother to double-check for us. Worst customer service EVER. Im going to attach the proof so she can see!

I have purchased several things, on several different occasions, which Ive won at an auction not too far from this store. I live in Georgia. They, pick the item or items up, pack them and ship them to me. I want to let you all know that this UPS store has done an A++++++ job every time and Ive come to appreciate them very much!

Excellent service, quick response from staff both by phone and e-mail. I bought an item from an on-line auction, was more than a bit nervous about this as I am in another state. I was afraid my valuable item would never arrive or arrive in fragments. But the package arrived today, the item was packaged quite well and is 100% fine.. I, and my item, were treated quite well!!

Great turn around time for personalized business cards. CJ had a proof in less than a few hours emailed to me to approve. They are always very helpful for drop offs for my Amazon returns and provide a tracking number with in seconds. I mail packages to PA and GA all the time and they are awesome at insuring things are neatly wrapped and secure. Hands down best UPS store I have ever been to

Great experience..fantastic job packing this vintage signed and framedprint. Ive had the disappointment of receiving packages that shake, rattle, and roll when they shouldnt, so I have to say Thank you for your superb service from beginnng to end.

This UPS franchise store refuses to ship non-serialized gun parts that DO NOT require a FFL to ship/transfer them (however, an actual UPS facility will ship those same parts). They also went so far as to ask my husband what was in the package, rather than the standard does it contain hazardous materials, liquids, ..... that everyone else (US Post Office, FedEx, etc.) uses. A clear invasion of privacy and another case of putting politics before business. Theyve certainly lost mine. BTW, my husband went down the road to a FedEx franchise store and shipped the part with no problems.

I went in one day needing to send something off and they did everything for me they have great people working there honestly i cant wait to have another package to send off

Fast and no hassle

I have noticed that this store is busy & staff has grown since this location opened. Always helpful & professional but with the dependability of a local business!

Very patient staff. Went the extra mile for grumpy people like myself.

It cost $40 to ship a box that was 18 x 15 x 7 - on an item I that cost $15.
